Marion’s Daily Routine
My mother wakes me up at 7:00, but I get up at 7:10 every morning. I
have a shower and then I get dressed. After this I have breakfast at
about 7:30. I often have cornflakes, scrambled eggs, toast and tea for
breakfast. I leave home at 8:10 and go to school by bus, because I have
classes at 8:30. At 10:20 we have a 15 minute break. We have lunch at the school canteen. I
finish school at 3:20 and I go home. I arrive home at about 4 o’clock and then I go to the
swimming pool with my friend Sally. Sally reads the newspaper and I swim.
In the afternoon I do my homework. I have dinner at 8:00 pm with my family. After dinner I
often help my mother with the washing up. She watches TV and listens to some music. I
sometimes write letters to my penfriends in England and Canada, but I always go to bed at
10:30. This is my typical daily routine. Is it very different from yours?
