My Best

Hello, my name is Summer! And this is my best
friend – my pet dog!
It was a Christmas present after so much
begging; finally my parents agreed that I could have
a dog!
However, my parents gave it to me under some
conditions: I must take care of it, which means that I
have to feed it; walk it; keep it clean and do exercise
with it. It is hard-working but I do it with great
pleasure because I love my pet.
I called it Doggy, from the moment I saw it I
knew this was the right name for my dog.
Doggy is a little dog, is brown and has long
ears. It is quite gentle and friendly and has lots of
energy.

We spend much time with each other and we do lots of things together, such as
running; playing hide and seek; fetching the ball. It is a good pal!
Inside the house, Doggy, behaves very well, it is very clean and it isn’t messy. So my
mother allows it to sleep in my bedroom at night. That is really nice because I like being
with it.
Doggy protects the house and doesn’t let anyone strange to come near. It is such a
faithful companion! I love my dog!
