You can vary this activity. It prepares children for Starters Test.
You can dictate yourself where the pets are. Usually we practice
prepositions – on, in, under, next to and behind. Or children can
tell each other where the animals are:
The blue fish is on the yellow book.

Children do part A. They hide the pets in the pictures, then they
ask each other questions – What colour is the bird? Is it under
the book? or they can simply tell each other where the pets are.
