IN
We use “in” with months, years - in May, in 1978
seasons - in spring
country, city or town names – in Mexico, in Paris, in Rockville
times of the day - in the morning, afternoon or evening
BUT always - at night!

ON
We use "on" with specific days - on Sunday, on St. Valentine’s day, on May the 19th
In American English - "on the weekend OR on weekends"

AT
We use "at" with specific times - at 7 o'clock, at 6.15
at night, at noon
specific places in a city - at school, at the bus stop, at the cinema, at the airport
In British English - "at the weekend OR at weekends"

TO
We use "to" with verbs which show movement such as “go, return, walk, run, drive and come” He goes to school. / She returned to Venice last month. / Tom is coming to the concert
tonight.
