Student A – Hi, Maxime? How are you doing?
Student B – Hi, Philippe! I’m fine, thanks. I’m sorry, I don’t have time to talk. I’m going to play
volleyball with my friends on the beach.
Student A – Oh, I love volleyball.
Student B – Oh, yeah? Do you want to play volleyball with me?
Student A – Sure!
Student B – Ok, let’s go! Are you a good volleyball player?
Student A – Yes, I’m pretty good, and you?
Student B – I’m pretty good, too. What other sports do you like to play?
Student A – I like hockey, but only in winter. And you?
Student B – I like to play hockey, but I prefer to go skiing in winter.
Student A – I like skiing too, but I’m not a very good skier.
Student B – How often do you go skiing?
Student A – Not very often. Just once a month.
Student B – That’s not enough practice to be good at it. Do you want to go skiing with me every
day next winter?
Student A – Sure. I’d like that.
Student B – Okay! Great! I’ll call you in December.
