Joan RussellGood morning, this is Joan Russell of Plumbers Ltd., speaking. I’m
going to Paris next week and I’d like some details concerning departures from
London Heathrow to Paris.
Travel AgentCertainly, Madam, when were you thinking of leaving?
Joan RussellOn Monday 11 th and I’ll be coming back on the 14th, I have a meeting
in the afternoon of the 11th so not too late, please.
Travel AgentSo you’d like a morning flight, would you? And what time would you
like to come back on Thursday 14th?
Joan RussellBetween 17:00 and 18:00 if that’s possible.
Travel AgentOne moment, please, I’ll just check. There’s a morning flight on the
11th at 8:10. Would that suit you?
Joan RussellYes, that’s fine.
Travel AgentAnd for the return there’s a flight at 16:45 or you could take the
last flight at 18:20.
Joan RussellI think the 18:20 would be better.
