We can use other reporting verbs instead
of TELL and ASK:
apologize, declare, explain, invite,
offer, promise, suggest, warn.
offer (+to+infinitive)
invite (+sb+to+infinitive)
suggest (+noun/-ing form)
declare (+that+clause)
apologize (+for+non/-ing form)
promise (+to+infinitive)
Write the appropriate reporting verb according to the sentences.
1.- “I won’t tell anyone your secret”. Alice said to her best friend.
2.- “I will help you with that” said Robert to Patricia.
