A Robbery Story
Tania is nine years old. One morning, Tania’s mother wanted to go out. She told her, “Don’t
open the door to strangers.” Then she locked the door and went out. After a while, there
was a knock on the door. Tania opened the door. She saw a stranger and he spoke in a
friendly voice, “May I come in? I am your mother’s friend.” Tania looked at him and said,
“Sure.”
Tania opened the door. Then the stranger took out a knife. Tania realized that he was
a robber. The robber tied up Tania and her grandmother. Then he went from room to
room to get money and jewels. He came out with lots of money and jewels in his bag and
escaped.
When Tania’s mother came home and found out what had happened. She called
police station and reported the robbery.
