Dear Brenda,
I’m having a wonderful time here! We’re on a lovely
island in the Cyclades, called Santorini. The hotel is nice
and quiet. It’s got a very big swimming-pool. The
weather’s hot and sunny although it rained yesterday.
Right now, I’m sitting outside a café by the sea. Sheila’s
snorkelling as usual. Tom’s looking for some shells to
take home. Dad’s visiting some ancient ruins on the
island. I think it’s boring. Mum’s buying some souvenirs
at the market. I don’t like it because it’s too noisy. We
go to restaurants nearly every night for dinner. My
favourite one is by the sea. My mum and dad always
order sea-food but I never do - it’s horrible. I always
order souvlaki-it’s so delicious.
