1. Scope of Works/Phạm vi công việc:
- This method statement covers work related to provide guideline for the implementation of quality
assurance on Equipment plumbing system Installation work to ensure conformance to the contractual
requirement, statutory laws and regulations, and to the approved shop drawings.
Biện pháp này bao gồm các công tác liên quan đến việc hướng dẫn công việc lắp đặt để đảm bảo
chất lượng của thiết bị hệ thống cấp thoát nước nhằm tuân theo các yêu cầu, luật và quy định và các
bản vẽ đã được phê duyệt.

3.2 Preparation/ Công tác chuẩn bị
- Task launch meeting will be held by Engineer in charge of the works with all the staff concerned by
this activity to explain and remind for the Method Statement (MS), Inspection & Testing Plan
(ITP), Safety.
Các kỹ sư được đảm nhiệm sẽ tổ chức cuộc họp đầu ngày cho tất cả các nhân viên có liên quan đến
các cong việc trên để trình bày và nhắc nhở vè các BPTC, công tác nghiệm thu và kế hoạch kiểm
tra, an toàn.
- All materials for works mention above are brought to the site and inspected by authorized person
before carried out.
Tất cả các vật tư phục vụ cho các công việc nói trên được mang đến công trường và được kiểm tra
và nghiệm thu trước khi triển khai công việc.
3.3 Sequence of work/ Quy trình công việc
3.3.1

Preparation of Work for Site Fabrication/ Việc chuẩn bị cho công tác gia công tại công trường
- Preparation work shall be carried out by workers.
Công tác chuẩn bị sẽ được các công nhân thực hiện.
- Before the site fabrication starts, it is necessary to coordinate with consultant on the system
installation works.
Trước khi triển khai gia công tại công trường cần liên lạc với Tư vấn về công việc lắp đặt.
- Marking at site by the site supervisor.

Các giám sát sẽ lấy dấu.
- Ensure position is ready in place with the correct dimension. The height and location to be installed
at exact location as per approved shop drawing.
Đảm bảo các vị trí đã đánh dấu là đúng và kích thước chính xác. Độ cao và vị trí để lắp đặt phải
chính xác như trên bản vẽ thi công.
- All equipments, plants, tools…etc shall be check and they are in good condition, during the
installation. No damage should be allow and any equipment.
Tất cả các thiết bị, dụng cụ, công cụ…sẽ được kiểm tra và phải trong điều kiên tốt trong suốt quá
trình lắp đặt. Các hư hại sẽ không được chấp nhận.
- Upon completion of work, inspection shall be conducted.
Sau khi hoàn thành lắp đặt, tiến hành nghiệm thu.

Marking and fixing the wall flange to the wall

Đánh dấu và gắn bích vào tường
 Apply adhesive for PVC to the outer surface of flange inserting part (outer surface of the adapter
for SWP pipe) and inset it in to the PVC drain pipe up to the hilt. Align the projection of the wall
flange to the Toilet Bowl center line.
Bôi keo vào mặt ngoài của phần liên kết của mặt bích (mặt ngoài của khớp mối với ống thoát) và
bên trong của ống thoát PVC đến khi đầy đủ. Điều chỉnh đoạn nhô ra của bích vào tâm của chậu xí.
 Clean up the surface of wall and floor.
Lau chùi sạch tường và sàn.
 Insert the bolts to the sides of the wall flange.
Lắp mặt chậu xí vào bích trên tường.
 Apply the P-seal (wax) supplied with the wall flange to the drain port of toilet bowl side and
connect it to the wall flange.
Bôi sáp vào bích và công thoát của chậu xí và gắn chúng vào nhau.
 Fix the wall flange to the wall by screws firmly.
Bắt chặt bích vào tường bằng vít.

 After finished, clean up for installation of the flush valve

 Fix the SUS box: Put the box in the chipped wall and position it exactly. At this time fix the box
with lines so that it becomes horizontal.
Lắp hộp cảm ứng: gắn hộ cảm ứng lên tường đã đục vào vị trí chính xác sao cho thẳng đứng.

 Install and connect the water supply pipe.

 Wash away dirt, sand, etc. completely from the inlet pipe line and then connect the pipe to the
inlet pipe joint.
Lau chùi sạch sẽ bụi, cát…đường ống nước vào và gắn mối nối.
 Fix the inlet pipe joint completely. At this time fix align and of the outlet pipe joint with the
outlet pipe holed. Then screw the elbow (1/2”) into the outlet pipe Joint

 Mark the position of fixing hole while aligning it with the centerline of the pipe based on the
drain socket mounting position (See the figure below).
Đánh dấu lỗ lắp khi định vị tim ống căn cứ trên vị trí miệng xả

 Apply adhesive for PVC around the drain socket inserting part (around and inner surface of the
adapter when adapter is used for WSP pipe) and press the drain socket into the PVC drain pipe. Be
sure to align the center indication line of the drain socket with the centerline of the wall.
Quét keo xung quanh phần miệng nối (xung quanh bên trong và bên ngoài khớp nối khi được sử
dụng cho ống nước thải) và gắn vào ống thoát PVC. Đảm bảo tâm của họng xả phải trùng với tim
tường.

 Note that it can not be readjusted in position once fixed with adhesive.
Chú ý không thể gắn lại ở các mối nối đã được gắn một lần.
 If there is looseness between the drain socket body and the PVC drain pipe, application of general
adhesive may cause water leakage. It that case, be sure to use thick adhesive.
Nếu mối nối giữa họng xả và ống thoát bị hở thì quét thêm keo xung quanh để tránh rò rỉ. trong
trường hợp này phải đảm bảo đủ độ dày của keo.
 Check the (horizontal) level of the drain socket top face. If it is inclined, the urinal may not be
installed correctly.
Kiểm tra độ thẳng đứng của họng thu. Nếu nó bị nghiệng thì âu tiểu có thể bị lắp sai.
 Fix the drain socket body at 4 positions by tapping screws.
Định vị họng thu bằng 4 vít tự khía.

 Install the urinal: Fix the urinal firmly by the washers and nuts packed together with the drain
socket.
Lắp đặt âu tiểu: Gắn thân âu tiểu vào tường bằng long đền và vặn đai ốc áp chặt âu tiểu vào
họng xả.

 The flush valve is connected to the washing pipe at its end that has a collar/ Van xả lắp với ống

o If the other end of the washing pipe is connected to the flush valve, water may leak.
Nếu nối trực tiếp thì có thể bị rò rỉ nước.
 When connecting the washing pipe to the urinal cut the pipe leaving 10-15mm margin for
insertion after on-site matching.
Khi gắn ống xả với âu tiểu thì cắt khoảng 10-15 mm ở mép để chèn sau khi làm khít.
 If the washing pipe has too small margin for insertion, water may leak.
Nếu ống mép ống xả quá nhỏ để chèn thì có thể bị rò nước.

 Tighten the cap nut (lower) while fixing the spout by means of a tool. Otherwise, the spud will be
turned together and water splash or poor washing may be caused.
Vặn chặt ốc mũ (bên dưới) khi gắn ống tháo nước. Mặt khác, đai ốc định vị cũng được vặn chung
và cũng là nguyên nhân của việc nước bắn tóa lên hay nước yếu.

 Mount the cover so that there should be no clearance between the cover lower end and ceramic
surface.
Lắp nắp đậy để không có khe hở giữa nắp đậy và mặt gốm.

 Install the sensor base plate/ Gắn khung của cảm ứng
 Fix the four adjusting bolts in the sensor base as shown below.
Gắn 4 bulong có thể điều chỉnh được vào khung của cảm ứng như hình bên dưới.
 Set the sensor base plate in the opening on the wall. At this time adjust the sensor base plate so
that the adjusting bolts get into the holes in the mounting plate.
Đặt bản khung của cảm ứng vào tường đã đục và điều chỉnh bulong.

 Adjust the position of the sensor base plate and the fix the sensor base plate and adjusting bolts.

 Adjust the depth of the sensor base plate with the medium size nuts and then fix the base plate by
tightening the large size nuts.

Điều chỉnh độ sâu của bộ bản cảm ứng bằng bulong cỡ vừa và định vị chặt bằng bulong lớn.
 Set the cover with an infrared sensor to the base plate. The cover will be fixed by the two
permanent magnets of the sensor base plate. Press the four corners of the cover to see if it is tight. If
it is not tight enough, remove it by using the supplied suction cup as shown below and adjust the
large and medium size nuts. If the cover becomes tight after the adjustment, remove it.
Lắp nắp đậy bộ cảm ứng. Nắp đậy được định vị bằng 2 nam châm vĩnh cửu của bản cảm ứng. Ép
bốn góc của nắp đậy để gắn chặt. Nếu chưa đủ chặt thì gỡ nó ra bằng giác hút như bên dưới và
chỉnh bulong vừa và nhỏ. Nếu nắp đặt đã chặt sau khi chỉnh, gỡ giác hút ra.

Note/ Chú ý
o If the sensor base plate warps the cover with an infrared sensor will become loose or the flush
valve will be damaged. Use care to install the sensor base plate in the correct direction.
Nếu bản cảm biến bị che bởi nắp đậy thì đầu cảm ứng hồng ngoại sẽ giảm hiệu quả hoặc van xả
sẽ bị hư hỏng. Lắp đặt bản cảm ứng cẩn thận theo hướng dẫn.
 Connect the wire harness: Connect the solenoid valve wire harness with the infrared sensor.
Lắp bộ dây điện an toàn: nối dây điện với đầu cảm ứng hồng ngoại.

 Check the wiring and piping to see if they are correct. Then supply the flush valve with power
and water and check it to see if it operates correctly when the urinal is normally used. Check also
each part for water leak.
Kiểm tra dây điện và ống. Sau đó cung cấp điện và nước cho van xả. Kiểm tra rò rỉ từng phần.

 Check the measuring: drain pipe and water supply pipe.

o For prevention of breakage of the wash bowl, tighten the nut to such an extent that the rubber
packing should not lose its elasticity.
Để tránh chậu rửa bị nứt bể, vặn chặt đai ốc áp chặt vào ron cao su.
o Connect the P-trap to the main drainage fitting.
Lắp phễu thu vào ống xả.
