1.Green Environment ( Môi trường xanh)
Green Environment is one of the most important problems in our lives. Every day,
many medias say that the air is polluted, the water is polluted and what will we do to protect
the environmet. In my opinion, we need some solutions.
Firstly, Many farmers shouldnot use a lot of chemical elements to make the soil rich.
For example, they use fertilizers, pesticides every day.
Secondly, Many factories shouldnot produce into the air many kind of smoke and
waste into the river, the lake to kill many kind of fishes. Moreover, people shouldnot throw
dead animals into the river to pollute the fresh water.
Finally, People shouldnot cut down a lot of trees for wood ,as the result, our
environment will be flood, eroison, diasters……
I think,We need to grow many kinds of trees and flowers along the street. And our
government should have many laws about the environment and encourage citizens to protect
the environment.

2. What do people in your home town do?
- They grow rice and raise cattle.
3. Is your hometown polluted?
- Yes, It is. Because many farrners use fertilizers and pesticides for theirfields.
4. What do you do to protect the environment?

- I will introduce many methods to protect the environment such as: growing many trees and
flowers.
2.Đong Thap mylovely hometown. ( Đồng Tháp quê hương tôi).
Dong Thap is my hometown. It is not big and a young city. It has population about 10
million. Area is about 4.000 square kilometers.
There are 3 seasons in Dong Thap such as: rainy season, sunny season and flood.
There are many famous places in Dong Thap such as: Nguyen Sinh Sac’s mausoleum, Tram
chim National park, Sa Dec flower garden, Dong Sen in Thap Muoi…..so on.
Among of them, I really like Dong Sen best because it is near my house. I can visit it on
the weekend. There are a lot of lotus flowers. I can enjoy lotus milk, lotus rice…..so on.
In short, Dong Thap is an interesting place to live. I love ĐT very much..

3.Freetime activities. ( Những hoạt động lúc rãnh rỗi).
There are a lot of activities to do in my freetime such as: watching TV, listening to
music, playing games, chatting, shopping, playing sports…so on. Among of them I really like
listening to music best because of several reasons.
Firstly, Listening to music can help me to relax after hard working day or studying
day.
Secondly, It can help me to reduce the stress.
Finally, It is very good for health for example, when I listen to music, I will forget
anything such as: sadnesses, difficulties………so on. Moreover It is not only cheap but also
easy look for on the internet.
To sum up, Listening to music is necessary for my life and it help me to feel more
comfortable.
4.Future Jobs ( Nghề nghiệp tương lai).
There are a lot of wonderful careers such as: Teacher, Doctor, Engineer, worker,
farmer……but I really like teacher best because of several reasons.

The first reason why I want to become a teacher is that, When I was 5 years old. I
studied at Thanh Loi Pre-primary school, I loved and admired my teachers very much, because
They wore Ao Dai very beautifully. And now, I still love them.
Another reason is that, I love children very much and want to help poor children to
widen knowledge Because, they arenot only lovely but also nice. Although, they live in a
remote area, they are very smart / intelligent. Moreover, Teachers have long summer vacation
so I can visit many places around Viet Nam and all over the world.
To sum up, Teacher is one of the most important jobs in my life and I wish I would
become a good teacher in the future.
1. Why do you want to become a teacher?
- Because, I love children very much and I want to help poor student.
2. Which subjects do you like best?
- I like English best. Because want to travel all over the world/ go abroad. I want to know their
culture, custom, food…….
5. Health. ( Sức khỏe).
Health is one of the most important problems in our lives. Many people say that, health
will bring human a lot of benefits because it can help people many things such as: happiness,
money, love……so on. There are many activities to help us to have a good health.
Firstly, We have to get up early and do exercise every morning.
Secondly, We must eat more vegetables than meat for every meal. Moreover, we
shouldnot eat too much sugar and salt because they are not good for health.
In short, health is gold, It is very useful so we should have a balance diet and do
exercise morning everyday.
Sức khỏe là một trong những vấn đề quan trọng nhất trong cuộc sống của chúng ta.
Nhiều người nói rằng, sức khỏe sẽ mang lại rất nhiều lợi ích cho nhân loại bởi vì nó có thể
giúp con người nhiều thứ như là: hạnh phúc, tiền bạc, tình yêu……v..v. Có nhiều hoạt động
giúp chúng ta có sức khỏe tốt.
Trước tiên là, chúng ta phải thức dậy sớm và tập thể dục mổi buổi sáng.

Kế tiếp là, chúng ta phải ăn nhiều rau hơn thịt cho mổi bữa ăn. Hơn nữa, chúng ta ko
nên ăn quá nhiều đường và muối bởi vì chúng ko tốt cho sức khỏe.
Nói tóm lại, Sức khỏe là vàng, Nó rất có ích vì vậy chúng ta nên có 1 chế độ ăn cân đối
và tập thể dục mổi ngày
6.Hobbies ( Những sở thích).
Cách nói giống như Freetime activities. Thay từ Freetime activities bằng từ hobbies.
7. Fashion (Thời Trang).
Fashion is one of the most popular activities in our modern lives. Many people say that
Fashion will bring human a lot of advantages because it can help people many things such as:
Relaxing, getting information, and beauty. There are many kinds of clothings which are
designed by many fashion designers such as: Ao dai, Jeans, Skirt, T- Shirt………I really like
Ao dai because of several reasons.
Firstly, Ao dai is the traditional dress of Vietnamese women. It is worn by both men
and women on special occasions such as: Weeding, Tet, Miss Vietnam contests………Because
it isnot only beautiful but also traditional dress of Vietnamese people.
Another reason is that, It is easy for women to buy or to sew. Moreover, It is cheaper
than modern clothings. Especialy, Ao dai is never out of fashion so that Vietnamese women
can wear it every where.
To sum up, Fashion is necessary in ourlife, It can help me to feel more confident and
comfortable.

- Yes, of course. Because it isnot only beautiful but also traditional dress of Vnese people.
2. What do you wear on the weekend?
- On the weekend, Maybe, I will wear jeans because it is very convenient.
3. Why don’t you wear Ao dai on the weekend?
- Because, I wear it at school from Monday to Saturday.
8. Education (Giáo dục).
1. Which grade / class are you in?

- I am in grade 8 in Thanh Loi secondary school.
2. What will you choose your job in the future?
- May be, I will become a teacher. Because I love children very much and I want to help them
to widen knowledge.
3. What subjects do you like best? Why?
- I like English best.

Education is one of the most important problems in our lives. Many people say that it
will people a lot of advantages because it can help them many things such as: Getting
information, Studying, Relaxing…so on. Both studying in the country or city have own
advantages and disadvantages. In my opinion, I like studying in the city/ abroad because of
several reasons.
The first reason why I like studying in the city/ abroad is that. It is easy to get
information, news or knowledge ………all over the world. Moreover, there are many shops &
stores, supermarkets in the city, so I can go shopping on the weekend.

Another reason why I like studying in the city is that. I can choose many famous
schools, universities to widen knowledge.
Finally, Studying in the city/ abroad is very fun and interesting.
To sum up, Studying in the city/ abroad is a suitable choice and very necessary for my
life in the future.
9. Information technology ( Công nghệ thông tin).
There are a lot of modern technology such as: Computer, Laptop, TV, Mobile phone,
electricity cooker…..A mong of them. I like mobile phone best because of several reasons.
The first reason why I like mobile phone is that, It is very wondeful, It is very small, I

can bring it every where. Especialy, it is easy for me to buy it because it is very cheap.
Moreover it has many functions such as: Taking photo, listening to music, watching film.
Another reason is that, it is very useful. It can help me to relax after hard working day
or studying hours. Moreover, it can help me to communicate with my friends and my relatives
quickly and easily.
To sum up, Mobile phone is necessary in my life and it is really a good friend of mine.

-Yes, of couse. Because it is very useful.
2. How much money do you buy a mobile phone?
- I am a student, I am very poor so that, I can buy a mobile phone with 200.000đ ( Two
hundred thousand dong).
3. Which functions of a mobile phone do you like best?
- May be, Watching photo function because I can save many memories.
4. Which labels mobile phone do you use?
- I use samsung, ……
10..For a better community ( Cho một cộng đồng tốt hơn).
Community is one of the most important roles to play in our lives. Many people say
that, It will bring human a lot of advantages. Because It can help people many things such
as: love, happy life, good activities……so on. In my opinion, I strongly believe that It is
true because of several reasons.
Firstly, We need to participate in clubs to help elderly people, handicapped children,
blind people.
Nextly, We need to collect garbages along the sand, the shore and clean up the beach
as a result, our environment will not polluted.
Moreover, We need no violent at school and at home, and We need to have many good
relationships with friends and relatives living around us. We can share any difficulties and
happiness and sadness to gether to overcome everything.
In short, I think, It is very important to get on well with the people who live next door
and We should love together.
