LONG AN POWER COMPANY
CONTENT
I. PROJECT SUMMARY:
Long An Electric Company is a subsidiary of General Electric Company
Southern. Electricity companies trading electricity Long An Province Long An.
Center for Information Technology is a strategic investment in development
of Long An Electric Company, as well as the General Electric Company Southern
to apply information technology in the electricity business strategy to develop the
electricity sector 2015 to 2025 and orientation of the Electricity of Vietnam.
Building on Information Technology Center has a total investment of 140
billion VND, was built on an area of 25,000 m2. The main task of the Center for
Information Technology is implementing information technology in business
power in the management and operation of power.
Building on Information Technology Center will be built with very
expeditiously schedule. Time since start the project until commissioning, handing
over only 12 months. Under the plan, 08/2011 Information Technology Center will
be completed and put into operation.
Information Technology Center main building information technology
systems - communications to the Company. Besides, the center also is a provider
of software services and is a distributor of information technology products with
partners outside the company.
II. PROJECT CHARTER:
a. Project Name: Construction Information Technology Center
Start time and end: start on July 23, 2010 and ends late July 2011.

building and economic development.

• Technical Officer: Responsible for the construction and use of machinery.
• Construction workers: Responsible for construction.
• Technical workers: Monitoring and operating machinery
Time to complete: 373 days
Limitation of resources: Personnel to complete the project must meet the
lowest possible cost. Not letting the excess manpower.
Limited budget: Do not pass limits on fixed capital and borrowing capacity
outside of the business.
d. The other constraints the organization.
The ability to run the project depends on the current operating conditions of the
ty. Day is a project of the company should have a relationship with the office

III. SCOPE OF REPORT:
a. The need of the project
We live in a new era, a golden era of information technology. Information
technology has developed in a step that is digitizing all information data, strong
rotation and connect us all together. No field, no where in the absence of
information technology. Information technology is one of the most important
driving force of growth and development ... application of information technology
in our country in general and in particular in the electricity sector, thus contributing
to release physical strength, intellectual moral and spiritual development, promote
the innovation, rapid development and modernization of economic sectors,
strengthening the competitiveness of enterprises, effective support for the process
of international economic integration, improve the quality of life, ensure national
security and create leapfrog ability to successfully implement the industrialization
and modernization of the entire nation. Therefore, the application of information
technology in production and business operation nature inevitable power, decide to
production and business operation of the Electricity Company of Long An.
b. Estimated time and cost.
• Expected project completion time of 373 days
• Officially launched in August 2011.
• Investment cost: 140,000,000,000 VND
• Capital construction: 29,000,000,000 VND
• Machinery: 9,852,300,000 VND

• The cost of 100 million dong
• Interest during construction: 424,304,300 VND

c. Assumptions.
• Loans are provided outside the full and on time.
• The equipment and machinery, workers have full and on time.
• The risk can be controlled.
• market situation does not change much, interest rate stability, (excluding
inflation).
• The estimated cost was close to the most practical and cost differences are
negligible.

• Expenses are paid in full and on time.
• Human resources must be provided in full.
• Machinery and equipment provided as required for the quality and progress.
• Materials: Must be provided with quality and quantity.

processes and based on the reduced cost is lowest.
Shorten the operation F to 2 weeks
