PROJECT TO BRING THE CAFÉ CHARMED IN OPERATION

I.
INTRODUCTION
As a devout coffee and always burning myself a business idea literally a cafe for
coffee lovers and people share the passion for cinema, especially the series of
"Charmed Ones" in the movie “Charmed”, I myself have long been simmering and
gradually implement a project to bring the CAFÉ CHARMED in operation.
II.
MAIN CONTENT
CHARMED is one of my favourite movie, I was viewing the eight seasons of the
movie several times, brooding introspection of a comic of season 9, and wait to watch


the season 9 on the screen. After taking some fanpages and fanpage forum movie and
the actors starring in the film, I realized that many young people of Vietnam have the
same passion for this film, and from which all I want to do something to connect the
CHARMED’s fans, plus a passion for business and "addiction" of their coffee, the

idea of building a bold style CAFÉ CHARMED by the word appears, and how long I
still do everything to put my "brainchild" in operation as soon as possible.
In hard times of the market, plus the fact that Ho Chi Minh City have so many café
shops, so the release of a café on the present moment (as well as after a few years) can
be considered a crazy idea and so hard to be succesful. Therefore, do not allow myself
to rush in making right "project" in fact, I just do my best make things on the sidelines
and waiting for the right and to accumulate financial ready to run this project in long
term. Contents of the next following, I would like to describe preliminary "project",
the role of key personnel involved in the project, and other stakeholders.
1. General introduction about CAFÉ CHARMED s
Café shop will be called CAFÉ CHARMED with business name registration in
Vietnamese (CAFÉ PHÉP THUẬT), will be located in District 1 or District 3,

2. The role of key personnel
The idea of CAFÉ CHARMED formed on my political views, and the help of a
few friends, as well as my future partner in this project. When I mentioned the idea of
this cafe, my friends have helped me a lot in complete the idea, we talked a lot about
the menu presented, furniture, decoration of shop. My main group consists of two
people, me, Tran Cong Long, and a friend of mine, who would later help me to
directly manage this cafe, Nguyen Minh Kha. I detailed my role and my friend in this
project as follows:

III. CONCLUSION

Despite slow but steady, to ensure the success of this project plays a very important

limited subject of the course, I just mentioned project summary level. In fact, this is
my project and colleagues write in great detail, issues related to administration,
marketing, financial planning ... The project details the process we use to potential

possible.
