Milk and eggs, fish and meat, cheese and cereals are
examples of food that help you grow. You need lots of
energy for running around, playing games and studying
all day. Pasta, rice, cereals, vegetables and fruits are you
special fuel to make your body go!!!
Vegetables and fruit are very rich in sugar, fibres and
water. Some grow in warm countries, like oranges,
bananas and sweet potatoes. Others, like apples,
carrots and raspberries must be cooked before they are
eaten. They have a good flavour and are packed with
vitamins, which keep your body healthy.
