1. Educational Aims: Ss know Van Cao is one of the first generations of Vietnam
modern music. He left us many valuable works, especially Tien Quan Ca, the
Vietnam National Anthem

1. Warm up
- T gives Ss handouts whose content is a
song. The order of the song was changed.
- T plays the song and asks Ss to reorder the
lyric of the song.

2. Pre-listening

picture of Van Cao and tell each other
what they know about him.
- T calls on some Ss to give their ideas
