MEDAL OF HONOR
•

PGs and PBs will check guests’ invitation letter and give medal of honor to guest base on their achievement. It makes they feel
more special and honor to compare with others

•

Medal of honor – They will be receiving quality of medals
depending on their performance

•

Especially, PGs wear professional
suit to be formal and different than
previous event

HISTORY OF DAI ICHI AWARD

•

There are LCD and AW show recognition moments of last years. To be honor and remind guests about the valuable award of
Dai ichi

This corner will have the trophy as a symbol of Dai Ichi award to make it more worthy with flower around.

SEAT LAYOUT
•

To be more logical for recognition section, guest will seat as their number on invitation. It has a information board to let they
know their seat to flow the award section basing on their medal on clothe.


SEATING AREA
•

There are some areas for guest which is divided by their medal color. In addition, a information board is build up to mark
seating area name.

•

It has PGs who stand at every area to guide guest their seating area as in cinema

OPENING PERFORMANCE
•

Parade of flag and drum performance .

Step 1: Parade of flag and drum on stage to
make impressively

Step 2: The door is opened with 3 groups come
on stage with 3 leaders regions (professional
dancers will escort him)


INTRODUCE VIP & OPENING SPEECH
•

When the end of opening performance, MC will introduce VIP guest then members of Dai-ichi who present on the award day.

•

MC invite Dai-ichi Life’s GD to stay at stage for his opening speech.

•

It will be shown with the nominee’s information on a slide effect including award music


FORMAT AWARD FLOW
Step 1: PG1 arrange all the nominee at the right stage follow exactly the list
Step 2: PG2/PG3 lead the nominees to stand in row.
Step 3: After all the nominee stay in row, Mc invite Dai-Ichi’s Rep to the stage.
Step 4: PG4 carry trophies and certifications follow exactly the list, Coordinator will double check the list and the certifications before
handing to Dai-Ichi’s Rep.
Step 5: Dai-Ichi’s Rep starts to give trophy and flower to the nominee from left to right.

Step 6: After receiving trophies and certification, the PG2/PG3 leads
leaving the stage from the left side
