A) TALK REASONS:
Its is said that : ‘ Strong Body, Strong soul ‘. So Health is very important to us.
NUTRIENTS EFFECT ON OUR HEALTH.
Food contains Nutrients that build up our body and supply Energy for all activities of our body
everyday.

So today I would like to have a talk about The role of a sicentific Meal ./.

WHAT IS A Scientific Meal ?


1a) ENOUGH NUTRIENTS- Why we have to eat enough Nutrients every day and solution
Nutrients need for the body development :
1.Protein
2.Lipid
3.Glucid
4.Vitamin
5.Minerals
( Besides, Fibre and water play a very important role too)
Everyday, our body load these Nutrients mostly by the way of eating and drink So ENOUGH
NUTRIENTS meals will be good for our health. Belong to Scientists, if we are neither lack or over-
loaded Nutrients, we may get ill too.
All these Nutrients have dependent relations with one another. If our body lacks of this one it will
influence on absorbing the other one.
For example,
If you are lack of Lipit, your body can not absorb minerals such as VitaminD so that your body will
face to the problem of lack of Canxi, Photphoric then create disease on your bonne.
Another , If your body are lack of Protein , nescessary Minerals and Vitamin, your brain will act
not effectively , so on……
Nowadays, Humans have to face to the risks of many kinds of diseases. Base on scientific
researches, there are many causes , for example: natural environment, working conditions , genetic
matters, nutritious matters, viruses , inflection and so on…
And there are some Diseases are caused from deficiency or over-loaded Nutrients.
For example :
Obesity, Malnutrition, Rickety, Cancer
Goitre by iodine deficiency
Gout by a buildup of uric acid
Blood Pressure, Heart disease …….
Oedema
Dizzy by lack of Blood ……

1b) ENOUGH ENERGY – Why we have to load enough energy everyday and Solution
SAYINGS:
Everyday, we need energy for all our activities. The body digest Food and supply Nutrients, they
are burnt for Energy , Enegy is measured by Calo. Most Food contains starch is digested and
changed into Glucid and it is a main source of Energy for our body.
If our body looses of Energy we will feel tired and meet problem with both manual and
intellect activities.
But in case , Energy is excessive in our body, it will be kept in our body and may cause bad
problems for our health. As we see above, it may a cause of illness. In this case we should free
it out of our body by doing building-exercises.
How to supply enough Energy to our body, it depends on different personal case.
For example: Ages, Sex, Particular Trait of Working state or maybe a state of a patient…..

For example : A man at the age of 25 , with 52kg, and General working will need 2624Kcal
Essentail Need : (15,3 x 52) + 679 = 795,6 + 679 = 1474,6
Daily Need : 1476,6 x 1,78 = 2624Kcal

1c) DELICOUS- Why the meal should be Delicous and solution?
We all know that, Food is digested and imbibed. But this process may not get effectively if we
have a boring sense about the meal.
For exmaple: If you have to eat the same Food meal by meal, day by day or Food is not good
–cooking, or the atmostphere of the meal is not fresh ect…..These factors will make this process
is not good so that Nutrients will not be absorbed completely in our body. And as a result, our
body can not be loaded with enough Nutrients and Energy of the meal.
According to the Nutrientous Scientists, there are 4 groups of Nutrients and in those we should
exchange Foods in turn every meal , every day.

1d) UN-POISONOUS- Why we have to pay attention to this problem and solutions
The matter of Hygiene of Food.
We all know that , nowadays, Humans have had to take many bad consequences of the
problem of poinsonous Foods. This matter damages our health dangerously.

Mostly causes are from Farming and Rasing sources of Food. But sometime the food is
poinsonuos itself or it may appears on the way of cooking ( insufficient cooking or reheating of
food or rare foods , Un-Stirilised Foods ) or preservation of Food (over-expired date of usage )
, and they become pathogenic for our body.
Some Food contains Poison such as : Mushroom, Puffer (cá nóc), Germ seed of Potato, bamboo
shoot , Manioc , Red amaranth seed , Sea food, ect….
In VietNam:
2006, there were 2.685 cases of poinsonous about Food.
