All students will take Career Preparedness (new CTE
Computer Apps and Financial Literacy course with online
component)
Fine Arts is no longer required but can be taken
Three elective credits during 9-12:




Honors Endorsement- One year foreign language and additional
CTE computer course
Standard Diploma- Any combination of the following areas: CTE,
Foreign Language, Art Education

CTE (Career Tech Education) would include any Allen
Thornton course or Mr. Palmer’s classes on campus.
 Starting with 2013-14 school year, all year long classes
will award 1.0 credit at the end of the course.
