quantity, one BSC6000 system contains
a maximum of three service cabinets

Subrack
The BSC6000 contains three subracks:
GMPS basic processing subrack
GEPS extension processing subrack
GTCS voice processing subrack
In each subrack, a backplane is in the middle, and boards are
inserted from either the front or the rear of the subrack. Both the
front subrack and the rear subrack provide 14 slots.

Subrack- GMPS
GMPS performs the basic service processing and operation maintenance
functions. In addition, it provides system clock. The GMPS is configured in
the controlling cabinet. Compared with the GEPS subrack, the GMPS is also
configured with the GSCU board. It can process the services of a maximum
of 512 TRXs in full configuration
