1. Tell me about yourself
Talk about your personal information, your major in university
and some your favorite (My name is ……………….., I’m
……………..years old, I graduated from ……………….unviersity,
my major is …………………….. In my free time , I usually

2. What experience do you have in this field? (Những
kinh nghiệm làm việc của bạn)
Speak about specifics that relate to the position you are
applying for. If you do not have specific experience, get as
close as you can. ( Nói về những kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vị trí
bạn đã nộp đơn. Nếu bạn chưa có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong
lĩnh vực đó, hãy nói về chuyên ngành của bạn hoặc những
công việc bạn đã từng làm liên quan đến vị trí bạn đang ứng
tuyển)
3. Do you consider yourself successful? (Bạn có nghĩ về
những thành công của bạn không?)
You should always answer yes and briefly explain why. A good
explanation is that you have set goals, and you have met some
and are on track to achieve the others.
Bạn nên luôn luôn nói có và giải thích ngắn gọn về điều
đó. Lời giải thích tốt nhất là bạn đã thiết lập mục tiêu,
đã đạt được một vài thứ và đang tiếp tục chinh phục
những mục tiêu của mình.
4. What do co-workers say about you? Đồng nghiệp or
bạn bè nói gì về bạn?.

5. What do you know about this organization? (bạn biết
gì về cty chúng tôi)

Find out where they have been and where they are going.
What are the current issues and who are the major players?
(Tìm hiểu về thời gian thành lập, lãnh vực hoạt động, những
thành công của cty, những người lãnh đạo cty và hướng phát
triển của cty)
5. What have you done to improve your knowledge in
the last year? (bạn đã làm gì để mở mang kiến thức
trong năm vừa rối?)
Say something about your studying at school (For example: I
studied hard at school, I read a lot of books related to this field
in my free time, I have a lot of discussions with my friend
about our major, …)
6. Are you applying for other jobs? (Bạn có nộp đơn ở


những chỗ khác không?
Be honest but do not spend a lot of time in this area. Keep the
focus on this job and what you can do for this organization.
( Hãy chân thành nhưng đừng nói nhiều về chuyện này. Hãy

nghĩ bạn sẽ đóng góp cho cty)

7. Why do you want to work for this organization? (Tại
sao bạn muốn làm việc cho cty này?)
I think it’s a good environment to work. I can apply all my
knowledge and experience to work here. Moreover, I think it is
also suit to my long-term career goals. (Tôi nghĩ quý công ty
có 1 môi trường làm việc tốt, ở đây, tôi có cơ hội sử dụng
những kiến thức chuyên môn và kinh nghiệm làm việc của

8. Do you know anyone who works for us? Bạn có quen
biết ai làm việc cho cty chúng tôi không?
Be aware of the policy on relatives working for the
organization. This can affect your answer even though they
asked about friends not relatives. Be careful to mention a
friend only if they are well thought of. (Cẩn thận với câu hỏi
này, tìm hiểu thêm những nguyên tắc của họ, nếu họ k thích
nhận “người quen” thì đừng nói về những mối quan hệ của bạn
đối với cty.
9. What kind of salary do you need? Bạn muốn mức
lương bao nhiêu?
Hãy tìm hiểu về mức lương cho cv đó, và hãy biết rõ năng lực
của bản thân (nếu bạn mới ra trường? nếu bạn đã có 4 năm
kinh nghiệm làm việc, …)Đừng trả lời ngay, hỏi thêm về công
việc bạn sẽ làm, những trách nhiệm bạn sẽ đảm đương,… )
Can you tell me the range for this position? In most cases, the
interviewer, taken off guard, will tell you. If not, say that it can
depend on the details of the job. Then give a wide range.
10. Are you a team player? Bạn có phải là người có tinh
thần làm việc đồng đội không?
You are, of course, a team player. Be sure to have examples
ready. Specifics that show you often perform for the good of
the team rather than for yourself are good evidence of your
team attitude. Do not brag, just say it in a matter-of-fact tone.
This is a key point.
11. How long would you expect to work for us if hired?

Bạn dự định làm việc với chúng tôi bao lâu?
Specifics here are not good. Something like this should work:
I'd like it to be a long time. Or As long as we both feel
I'm doing a good job. (Đừng nói chính xác về thời gian, chỉ
nên nói: càng lâu càng tốt, miễn là quý cty và bản thân tôi thấy
tôi đang làm việc tốt)
13. What is your philosophy towards work? (Triết lý của
bạn về công việc như thế nào?)
Short and positive, showing a benefit to the organization. (Trả
lời ngắn gọn và tích cực)
Hard working and responsibility (làm việc chăm chỉ và có trách
nhiệm)
14. Why should we hire you? Tại sao chúng tôi nên mời
bạn làm việc?
Nói về những đóng góp của bạn cho cty.
15. What is your greatest strength? Điểm mạnh của bạn
là gì?
Numerous answers are good, just stay positive. A few good
examples: Your ability to prioritize, Your problem-solving skills,
Your ability to work under pressure, Your ability to focus on
projects, Your professional expertise, Your leadership skills,
Your positive attitude .
16. Tell me about your dream job. (Công việc trong mơ
của bạn là gì?)
The best is to stay genetic and say something like: A job where
I love the work, like the people, can contribute and can't wait
to get to work.
17. Why do you think you would do well at this job?
Give several reasons and include skills, experience and
interest.

18. What kind of person would you refuse to work with?
Do not be trivial. It would take disloyalty to the organization,
violence or lawbreaking to get you to object. Minor objections
will label you as a whiner.
19. What is more important to you: the money or the
work?
Money is always important, but the work is the most important.
There is no better answer.
20. What would your previous supervisor say your
strongest point is?
There are numerous good possibilities: Loyalty, Energy,


Positive attitude, Leadership, Team player, Expertise, Initiative,
Patience, Hard work, Creativity, Problem solver
21. What motivates you to do your best on the job? (Điều gì là
động lực thúc đẩy bạn làm tốt nhất công việc của bạn)
This is a personal trait that only you can say, but good
examples are: Challenge, Achievement, Recognition (sự công
nhận)
22.. Are you willing to work overtime? Nights?
Weekends? Bạn có sẵn sàng làm việc ngoài giờ or làm
việc ban đêm k?
This is up to you. Be totally honest. (Tuỳ bạn và tính chất cv)
23. What qualities do you look for in a boss? (Những
phẩm chất bạn mong đợi ở người sếp của mình?)
Be generic and positive. Safe qualities are knowledgeable, a
sense of humor, fair, loyal to subordinates and holder of high
standards. (Chi tiết và tích cực: hiểu biết, hài hước, công tâm,
….)

24. Do you have any questions for me? (bạn có câu hỏi
nào dành cho tôi k?
Always have some questions prepared. Questions prepared
where you will be an asset to the organization are good. How
soon will I be able to be productive? and What type of projects
will I be able to assist on? are examples.
