How to join AD in Vietnam
After installing Winodws 7
1. Create “Netmgr” account
- Password : Napa$$w0rd
- Option check : “User Cannot change password”
“Password never expires”
- Option Uncheck : “User must change password at next logon”
“Account is disabled”
“Account is locked out”
Add “Netmgr” into Administrators group
2. Check Date and Time and change Data Format “YYYY-MM-DD” (for
uniERP)
3. Change Computer Name(for Inventory List)
- HAN + D(DeskTop) + Service Tag
- HAN + L(Laptop) + Service Tag
4. Join Domain with “Boydcorp.com” (Must not restart after join Domain)
5. After restarting Log in with “Computer name\Netmgr” (Must check)
6. Add user ID into Administrators group
7. Disable “Administrator”
8. Delete “BOYD” user
9. After Log-off or restarting, Log in with User IDs
10. Change “Power Option”
11. Check Date and Time and change Data Format “YYYY-MM-DD” (for
uniERP)
Application install
1. Install MS-Office ((In English)
2. Set Up MFP
3. Install VNC(For Server Only)
4. Install Cute-PDF
5. Install uniERP client Version ( If nesessary)

- On-Line : http://172.22.176.200/UNIERPSmartDeploy/publish.htm
- Off-line : copy files
6. Install Adobe reader
7. Add Vietnamese font ( ABC font)
8. Install Unikey (Vietnamese type method)
9. Zip software free( 7 zip, ..)
10. Install Trend Micro Antivirus
11. Install Websence Agent
