I.

Yourself introduction:

Good morning Sir/Madam. First of all, I would like to thank you for giving me
such a wonderful opportunity to be here to introduce myself in front of you.
My name is Nhu Phuoc. I’m 20 years old
I have done my graduation from Finance and Marketing University of International
Business in 2020.
At University and on the workplace I like to keep things organized it. I learn new
things very quickly. Also I like to work with people, helping people.
I always believe in my ability. And one of my abilities is to hit targets. I enjoy
working on a pressure environment, learning new things by many ways and working
towards measurable goals. During 4 years in University I always achieve my targets and
never lost my passion.
This is why I feel with my ability combined with my educational achievements
make me a very good fit for the position and I’d be really excited to be a member of
your team
I hope this interview to be a good opportunity for you and me to know more about

Strong & Weak points
1. Strong Points:
- Time managerment skill

After having learned in a high competitive environment, I realized my strength is
accomplishing a large amount of work within a short period of time. I always get things
done on time, my teacher and partners always appreciated it.
- Moreover I’m a good problem solver and good thinker too. I love taking a

problem and looking at it from every angle. I enjoy situations where I am allowed to
work with other people to come up with creative solutions
2.*Weak Points:
- My English ability is what I worry about. I don’t have confidence when talking
with foreigners. And I know this is only a temporary problem. I am definitely studying
hard to communicate more effectively.


- I’m a perfectionist that means I can be the one who insists on excellence in all
things when it gets serious.
Sometimes I may be too hard on myself or my co-workers. I always request
everybody in my team have to wok with the high responsibility. And I think I might
need to learn to be more flexible when things are not going according to plan.
III.

Short & Long term goals.

1. Short term goals:
My short tearm goals is to learn everything I can about International Trade
I want to find a position where I can contribute what I have learned through
education and to gain real life experience
I believe the next couple of years very important to me. And my immediate goal is
to learn and become skilled in all aspects of International Trade
Have the best English ability to have more confidence when talking with
foreigners by attending some English courses.
2. Long term goals:
I would like to become a director or higher. This might be a little ambitious,but I
want to become valued employee of the company, I want to make a difference, a special
career that I can be proud of. And I’m willing to work hard to achieve this goals.

Reason for application

I have been a customer of your company for a long time. I always love your
products and impressed by the mission statement of the company as well as the values
and culture.
On your website I saw that you have some really amazing plans for the future.
And after finding your recruitment information on your website combine with my
abilities, I strongly feel that your company is where I would like to work and be
associated with.

Why should I hire you?

From everything I have learn about this job, it sounds like your company wants to
increase sales.


You will need someone to fill this position who can handle multiple tests at once
and provide excelent customer service.
On learn up I completed training how to multitask and how to connect with
customers to understand their needs.
Also at school a lot of my teachers have told me that the ability to do serveral things
at one time is one of my greatest strength
And as a communications major I know how critical it is to really listen to others
and demonstrate that I’ve heard and understand them
I could only have through being self motivated and really chasing after my passions
and dreams and working hard to combine those I think my motivation would serve me
well working for you because I would follow what I’m passionate about in the company
and would work really hard to get things done the best way possible.

So I believe I’m a perfect fit for this position.

Talk about your previous boss – job – company
Boss:

She was so effective at advocating for our department. I learned a lot from her about
how to manage people, keep communication lines open between departments and how
to advocate for the team.
But sometimes My boss was strong-willed, which made it difficult to communicate
new ideas; however, we always managed to talk it out and find solutions that were best
for the company.
After 2 years working for, I realized we had our differences, but I thought it was
important to stay focused on our goals and to set up my manager and my team for
success

I’ve learned a lot from my current job, but now I’m looking for a new challenge, to
broaden my horizons and to gain a new skill and to set all of which, I see the potential

Company
My current company is very large and it’s difficult to do different tasks. I have
routine work that never changes so I didn’t have opportunities for growth. I want to


work in an environment when I can utilize more of my skills. And after learning about
the work environment here, I felt this is exactly the type of place I want to work.
VII.

Family

There are 3 members in my family including my parents and me.

My parents are my inspiration who inspire me to face all the difficult situations.
Everyweek, I try to spend at least 30 minutes to make a phone call with them, just
sharing about my study and job, and get some important advices. They are my
motivation for me to try more.
