Variable Types :
• Qualitative/Categorical : variables are variables
that are given category names instead of
numbers two levels of categorical variables are
• 1. Nominal (Không thứ bậc): variables which is a
purely classification variable, where there is no
order or ranking such as color, yes or no items AB
or C.
• 2. Ordinal (Có thứ bậc) items are still placed in
categories but the categories can now be ranked,
for example “ strongly agree” “ agree” so on
