INTRODUCTION
In the present economic context, small and medium enterprises play important
roles. They bring power, fast developement and create jobs for peole to contribute to
the implementing of social welfare policy. The enterprises developed increasingly,
they are important for the world economy and the Vietnamese economy.
In this context, Yamaguchi is Vietnamese small and medium enterprise developing
with the country’s economy and the world economy. The company has contributed
Vietnamese GDP constantly and promoted goods exchanges between Vietnam and
many countries since its establishment. The company takes part in the fields such as
processing accurate precision, supplying experiment equipment, plant material. It
developed in the past and affirmed its position in the market.
Being recommended and allowed by English Department – Vietnam University of
Commerce, I have gratefully experienced as an intern in Administration Office of
Vietnam Yamaguchi joinstock company. After one month (from 05/01/2016 to


30/01/2016), under the valuable support and instruction of managers and colleges in
the company, I was able to apply the knowledge obtained at university into practice,
meanwhile collecting basic information to complete the internship report.
I would like to express my gratitude towards teachers at English Department –
Vietnam University of Commerce as well as my managers and colleges in Vietnam
joinstock company. Especially, I would love to express my sincere thanks to my
beloved supervisor – Mrs. Vu Thi Thu Trang who has helped me a lot to fulfill the

- The main funtions of the company are to process accurate precision some moulds,
jigs and details under requirements and to develop other products by metal.
Beside the role of manufacturing phase, Yamaguchi Vietnam jsc assumes trading
activities, it is the bridge between production, customs procedures, domestic,

international logistics services supplies and consumers. Through manufacturing,
trading activities and services, Yamaguchi created much work for people, which
contributes to improve their income and live, economic – social development as well
as to reduce the burden of unemployment rate for the country.
- The company but also completes its functions not only implements its duties well:
+ Internal relation: Implementing labour policy, regime of asset management, regime
of public money and wage management, conducting the train and selection to improve
profession for staffs and workers simultaneously in the company.
+ External relation: Being an annual manufactuing and trading unit, the enterprise has
to contribute the taxes exactly and fully to the State. It needs to implement principles
of exporting – importing activities, external activities regulated by the State.
The company directly carries out the duties of trading, distributing accurate
mechanical processed products, trading, allocating, processing, importing and
exporting agricultural machinery, experiment equipments, providing logistic
transportation services with the principles of long term partners and transparent
relatioships which belong to the suppliers and observe under current laws. The
company is one of strategic, prestigious units in the fields of their activities.
- Products of the company:
+ UV spectrophotometer, 2 beam spectrophotometer, Gluten testing machine, plastic
crushers, electro cardiogram machine, noodle making machine, toxin discovery
machine, etc.
- Finger machete, deep frozen pipes, spayring nozzle, etc.

1.1.3 Foundation history
2011:
On February 28th, 2011 Yamaguchi jsc was set up under No. 0105165087 business
registration license permited by Department of Planning and Investment in Hanoi. It
has 3 contributors’ kitty. Total area of office and factory are only 150 meters square, it
was equiped basic machines which servered its mechanical engineering, processing
and cutting mental, manufacturing machines and equipments professions.
2012:
The company co-operated with Institute of Researching Rice Mekong Delta, Institute
of Plant Protection and University of Natural Sciences in Hanoi to research and create
types of processing, testing quality of agricultural products such as deck machine,
toxin discovery machine, rapid test kit, chemicals of stimulating agricultural products
such as Glibberelin. It still focuses on the business, the machining precision
simultaneosly. Total area of the office raised up 350 meters square.
2013:
Yamaguchi expanded incessantly the scale, the area of the company rose up 500
meters square. In this year, the company co-operated with some home mechanical
companies such as Hanoi Mechanical Ltd company, Quang Trung Mechanical
Engineering Ltd company to implement large mechanical processing projects which
are from Fujikin Ltd company, Daiwa Ltd company, Techno Taiyo Ltd company in
Japan, Taiwan and China.
2014:

After 4 years of constantly buiding and developing efforts, the company had had 2
quite large workshops. They are equiped moder machine systems to manufacture. The
company cares about building up advantaged and easy working enviroment for all
staffs as well as for it more and more. Therefore, in this year, the company opened one
more office which has its area 150 meters square and 22 staffs is in Sacombank
buiding, Le Duc Tho street, My Dinh ward, Tu Liem district, Hanoi. In the year, it
participated in the field of providing domestic and international transport logistics
services, customs procedures.
Yamaguchi targets to continue to consolidate, strengthen the enterprise’s activities
effectively in 2016.

Yamaguchi mainly performs in the following fields:

- Supplying and intallation of automatic car washing systems: Vietnam Yamaguchi is
proud to be the exclusive representative of the Geowell company in Vietnam, which
specilizes in providing and developing the system wash trucks, buses, car, auto, etc for
the contruction site, the declaration mining, bus and arterial roads in major cities.
- Supplying domestic and oversea logistic transportation services, customs procedures.
- Providing facilities QA, QC, laboratory, rapid test kit, food safety testing.
- Providing plant material consumption: Some products are knife, cutting tools, drills,

labor protection equipment, industrial pumps which are businessed and distributed by
the company.
- Machining of precision engineering: The company specializes in processing, cutting
moulds, jigs and details.
- Providing agricultural machinery: The enterprise trades food processing equipments
such as millers, machine rolls, noodle making machine, toxin discovery machine, etc.
- Providing chemicals: Yamamaguchi is an importer, a leading distributor of
laboratory chemicals, chemical miscrobiolog, molecular biology chemicals, chemical
preparation, chemical reagent, standard solutions,etc. The products are originated from
the advanced countries of the world like America, Europe, G7, etc and certificated for
analysis of the full range of information, quality assurance.
1.3. Organizational structure
1.3.1 The stuctural model of the company
The Company’s organization system includes:
- Board of General Director includes 3 people. General Director is Mr. Do Xuan Minh,
2 Deputy Directors are Mr. Do Duc Thanh and Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc.
- Yamaguchi company has 8 different supporting divisions which are: Office,
Accounting Department, Technique Department, Sale Department, Buy Department,
Import – Export Logistics Department, Sale Logs Department, Administration and HR
Department. Total amount of staffs are more than 90 people who are devided in
differen sections, department in the company.

Comments:
Yamaguchi’s organizational apparatus with medium scale which can be easily seen is a
perfect whole of different departments. They has their certain duties and power,
relationships of mutual dependencies and are arranged on the management level to
implement their functions and the purpose of the company, which helps them to create
closely relationships and effectively operational coordination. According to the model,
general director can directly recieve recommendation and give solutions promptly.
Besides, the leaders also control the activities of each department easily. However,
with a view to managing the comapany well, the board of general director needs to has
comprehensive knowledge, good skills to lead it the best. Limiting the depute of the
right between the department leaders.

1.3.2 The functions of departments
 General Director:

Supervisor: Vu Thi Thi Trang

General Director – Mr Do Xuan Minh is the person who has highest power in the
enterprise. He operates generally, propose business and production orrientations,
makes disions the most exacectly, flexiblely to gain the best effectiveness. The general
director has to be responsible for the whole of business and production activities and
other activties of the enterprise. He also is the person who is responsible before his
enterprise, the law for its operation.
 Deputy Diretor:
Two Deputy Director are Mr. Do Duc Thanh and Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc. The deputy
directors help the general director to direct and handle regularly the fields activities
of the enterprise under his assignments. The deputy directors can use the general
dierctor’s right to solve their assignments and has to responsible before the general
director and the law for their decisions.
 Business:
It includes 2 departments. They are business one and technique one.
Business department: It is directly responsible for implementing marketing – saling
activities to normal and protential customers of the enterprise to achieve its purpose of
sales, market share, etc. Besides, the staffs in the business department need to hold
their customers, make them satisfied with services supplied. The business department
includes 9 people with sales manager – Mr. Nguyen Quang Dat.
Technique department: It supports the business department to provide services of
installing, reparing machines supplying to the customers. Receiving and handling
information which is involve in customers’ orders and complaints. Technical manager
is Mr. Pham Van Huy who leads 2 members.
 Manufacture:

This is the unit where implement processing, producing activities of accurate procision
products served maching and the equipments of the factory. The 2 workshop 1, 2 have
about 68 workers who take part in production and are by 2 superviors. They are Mr
Bui Huy Tuan and Nguyen Van Hung.
- Planing the detail of the production based on customers’ s orders and carrying out the
requirements of management, production organization and general coordination to
complete the manufacturing schedules.
- Controling the quality of the products.
 Exporting – Importing Logistics

Exporting – importing department has 4 staffs who take responsiblities for the work
relating intimately with the departments led by Mr. Nguyen Hai Nam. Planing and
deploying the delivery of goods of exporting and importing to meet the customers’
requirements from the bussiness department. Implementing and mornitoring the
opening of customs declarations to meet a diliver date. Besides, the sales logistics
finds customers and supplies domestic and international logistics transportation and
customs clearance services.
 Office: Including 2 departments:
Administration and HR department has 3 staffs and their manager. She is Mrs. Le
Thuy Trang who is responsible for recruiting new staffs promtly to fulfill the
development and the demand of using workers of the compny increasingly. To do
these, it is necessary to plan long term labor use for the enterprise, then find essential

positions and their request of employment. The department has to build, manage
planing organization, workers, wages, give advice the general director the staffs
organization, arrangement, draft regulations, synthesize the activities, plan
administration, legal and external documents and archives management, ensure
facilitiies to serve business activities.
Accounting department: The duties of chief account – Mrs Nguyen Mai Phuong are
bookkeeping and supporting the general director to make strategic decisions and
manage 2 staffs. The department supervises all of transactions and prepares declaration
of financial statements. It manages cash flow and ensure cash for the activities in the
company. They include credit policy, debt recovery policy with a view to ensuring the
company paid on time and gave payment policies for suppliers of the company. The
department usually works with the general director to make butget and estimated
expenditure then report the year movements. The information can be used in planing
staffs, buying assets and expanding demand of money before necessary.

2.1.1. Core markets and partners

Vietnam Yamaguchi company is specialized in the fields of machining of precision
moulds, jigs and details, developing new products, trading, exporting and importing of
laboratory equipments, factory supplies, consumable items, providing domestic and
international logistics shipping services, customs procedures.
Beside the foreign markets such as Japan, China, Europe, etc with an aim to expanding
manufacturing and trading activities more and more. However, it also doesn’t forget
exploiting domestic market.
- Home market: The company mainly supplies equipments, materials, services of
technical – scientific and industrial sectors for researching institutes such as Nong Hoa
Institute of Researching Land, Mekong Delta Institute of Researching Rice, Plant
Protection Institute, Chemical Institute, etc, universities, colleges, training career
centers such as Hanoi University of Natural Science, Hau Giang Vocational school,
etc, Departments such as HMCM Departments of Agriculture and Rural, Thanh Hoa
Department of Agriculture and Rural, Center of Analysis and Classification of Goods
Export and Import in the North, etc, companies such as OPV Pharmaceutical JSC,
Kinh Do JSC, Vietnam Paper Corporation,…) and individuals, households, agencies
which have demand.
- Foreign market: The company exports processing products for manufacturing
companies in Japan such as Fujukin Ltd company, Daiwa Ltd company, Techno Taiyo
Ltd company, etc. It supplies transportation and services and customs procedures in
countries over the world, especially Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, China, Germany and
Italia, etc.

Mechanical Ltd Company, Hanoi Mechanical Ltd Company, Quang Trung Mechanical

The company’s chater capital now is VND 10 billion including equity making up
100% (cash,value of machinary and equipment, contruction of workshop cost, means
of transportation, value of trademarks copyright, labels, etc).

In order to make an overall assessment of the operation efficiency of Yamaguchi in
2013 and 2014, the following business results tables are used as a foundation to

2.2.2. 2013 – 2014 business results analysis
Data presented in the tables above have indicated that the company has successfully
managed its business operations. Almost creatia in 2014 recorded a significant increase
compared to 2013.

Total capital raised in the period of 2013 – 2014, up 19.78%. It means that it can meet
demands of the company’s business activities.
Its equity increased in 2014, up 7.52% compared to 2013, which showed that the
company is manufacturing and trading effectively. It has its self – control in finance to
pay and invest in the expanding business.
Liabilities grew 39.44% against the prevous year. Given demand of expanding the
Yamaguchi company’s business with an extra workshop, they increased. The company
proved its reputation with its partners. In the stucture of liabilities, short term liabilities
went up rapidly but long term liabilities fell versus 2013, which showed the ability of
fast payment and revolving capital and high business efficiency.
Although the revenue from financing activities declined, the sales of goods and
services providers still increased.
Other profit reached VND 71,844,378 million in 2014, up 20 times year-on-year
(VND 3,222,792 million in 2013). 2014 pre-tax profit recorded VND 149,320,962
million, rising 2.7 times compared to 2013( VND 54,156,144 million in 2013). Aftertax profit is VND 90,740,721 million rose double year on year (VND 44,678,819

million in 2013). Corporate income tax and general and administrative cost went up
strongly from VND 9,477,325 and VND 60,470,033 to VND 58,580,241 and VND
190,961,984 respectively in 2013 - 2014.
The indicators of revenue and profit mostly went up steadily, indicating the
continuously reinforced management efficiency of the company. Its revenue increased
thanks to larger customers systems, methods of advertisements such as newspaper,

radio or internet and social network.
2.2.3. Structure of human resources
According to the statistics of the HR department, the amount of staffs is 90 peole in
2014. The offical staffs account for 30% and the employees who work in the workshop
make up 70%.

The data of the table 1.3 showed that the quantity and the quality of workers raised
increasingly over the years. The percentage of staffs who have college and university
and higher made up 33.33% and 34.44% respectively in 2014. Although the staffs who
hasave college level delined 0.88%, the staffs who have university and higher rose
5.49%. The staffs with university works in the office, the staffs having college lever
and lower work in the workshops. The percentage of labor is quite stable, suitable for
requirement of expanding production. Human resources are young, active, qualified,
creative. They can adapt to new things and pioneer in new and challenging sectors .
The staffs always are arranged to be suitable for their ability, strengths and encourged
to improve their levels.

2.3.1. Business activities and organizational structure
a. Strengths

The first biggest strength is that the processing, providing logistics services works in
the past 4 years are quite stable. Beacause the company’s capital mainly was pooled
and its development, Yamaguchi now provides jobs and pay salaries for employees,
ensuring its business stability in the tough economic situation.
Moreover, the company has a young, creative, active well-trained team, high level
with key members who studied and worked in Japan or in Japan joint venture in
Vietnam.
The company often gives amendments to internal management regulations in order to
reduce risks, avoid losses, minimize operating costs and ensure the worker’s benefits.
Additionally, the company builts up a healthy, friendly, fair, happy work enviroment
for all of staff. Responsibility to the community, enviromental natural protection, no
discharge of waste water and toxic emisssions untreated into the enviroment is general
propose of the company.
During its 4-year development, the enterprise has obtained a lot of experiences in
organizing several large agreements with home and foreign partners.
Simultaneously, we can not forget to mention modern technical equipments,
manufacturing machines imported from Japan.
b. Weaknesses
However, it is necessary to frankly admit that there are also some obstacles that badly
affect the company’s business efficiency.
Firstly, it is the company’s small scale not only at area but at amount of staffs.
Secondly, the company was not established in long term, so the brand was not
powerful like competitors in the market.
Thirdly, the staffs have shortage of experience, need improving knowledge and
practice more.
Furthermore, the company has been covering high general and administrative expenses
despite low revenue from financing activities, which affected bussiness efficency
seriously.
Especially, the company needs to rent offices resulting in bad impacts on its last profit.

In the past few years, Vietnam’s economy has strongly integrated into global one,

skills. Nowadays, English plays an extremely important role in every enterprise. It
represents a key offering more opportunities to expand business scale, seek more
investors, partners and find out new markets... from which improve profitability and
production efficiency.
Performing mainly in mechanics, transport sectors, Vietnam Yamaguchi jsc uses
English the most in exporting – importing and providing international transportation
services.
 Exporting – Importing Department
English is the main language which is used in transacting with foreign partners to
discuss about buying goods, finding agents and supplying international transportation
services. The staffs in the exporting – importing department can use English well.
English is used in relating foreign partners to make economic contracts, negotiations
of price, method of transport, method of payment, method of time of delivery, etc.
Beside, the exporting – importing department supplies logistics services, usually
exchanges with its own agents oversea to provide the information of clients, prices,
customs procedures, etc.
 Technique Department

The technique department supports the business department to install and guide
how to use products for clients. The staffs of the technique department are equiped
technical English. They usually translate catalogue and guidelines written by English.
The manufacture wants them to understand its own products such as functions,
configurations, machine’s operations, etc as well as supply customers user’s guide by
Vietnamese.
The company has lately started to seek and maintain relationships with foreign
investors. Employees of the company are thus trained to negotiate, write emails,
communicate and conduct transactions in English. Currently, more than half of them
are able to fluently communicate and write in English, making cooperation with
foreign partners easier than ever.
The company’s official website, www.yamaguchi.vn is designed and displayed in
English and Vietnamese, helping not only Vietnamese but also foreigners easily access
and search for information about Yamaguchi company. To this end, there has a team

good at English, specializing in writing articles on mechanics, manufacture, business,
export - import, transport through their regular actual surveys. The articles will then be
examined through many steps. The approval ones will be officially posted on
www.yamaguchi.vn. Furthermore, designing website and management software
system as required by customers is also implemented completely in English by
specialists at Technique Department.
However, the time and the volume of work is quite much, so the foreign language

improvement for the staffs is very difficult.
Besides, the work enviroment has not brought the opportunities of using English
fluently for the staffs. Many people are afraid of and not aware of the real importance
of English.
Given the beginning of recruiting, the company did not give requirements of foreign
languages, the general English level of the staffs was not high. Therefore, it made
difficulties in learning professional knowledge from foreign document sources and
solving problems which relates to English.
Being aware of the negative reality, the leaders of Yamaguchi has planned out more
English courses alongside professional knowledge training for all employees in the
company. Currently, it planned to connect with some English training centers in Hanoi
to build up some commercial English courses. Accordingly, the courses will focus on
teaching English communication, negotiation, email writing, contract drafting in order
to turn the language into an effective tool for the business.
Vietnam Yamaguchi also arranges to let employees take part in conferences on sharing
learning English experiences, Industry Exhibition of Support Vietnam – Japan held by
domestic and foreign organizations, meanwhile support its best in finance, working
conditions. The company also applies more policies to encourage learning English by
offering higher salaries to all officers and staffs so that it is easier and more exciting
for them to participate in the activities.

PART 3: VIETNAM YAMAGUCHI JSC’S EXISTING PROBLEMS
3.1. Yamaguchi’s SWOT model analysis
3.1.1. Strengths (S)


Young , enthusiatic and qualified human resources:

The company mainly recruits young and qualified people who meet requirements of
the development of young businesses. There are 70/90 staffs from 18 to 35 years old

and only 20 people from 36 to 45 years old. They are willing to acquire knowledge, to

learn. They are creative and active, fearfuless of hardship with board of general
director to build and develop the brand of the enterprise.
The General Director also is a young and ambitious person. He used to study and work
in Japan 3 years ago, so he had asmistrative knowledge and style there. He create
developing enviroment, career opportunities, especially effectiveness of business
activities of the company during the past. This is democratic leadership style. It means
that all of staffs can promote their abilities, ideas, creativeness in the fluctuating world
market.
Espcially, the business enviroment of the company is very active, friendly and
positive. Before working everyday, the staffs spend 20 minutes sharing their own
experience, strories, feelings, etc and read writings which tells positive thought
enabling them gain energy to work more effectively.
 Large market
Although the enterprise is fledgling, it dominated its large market, espcially in trading
equipments, machines. The company won prjects and became a prestigious unit for
many individuals and team customers in the country as well as over the world.
Yamaguchi’s customers are diversified such as individuals, organizations, schools,
research institutes and factories, etc.
 Quality products, buit business culture
Yamaguchi’s products are abundant in many fields such as agriculture, industry, health

equipments, laboratory equipments, etc with pretigious suppliers. Yamaguchi pledges
to bring customers original and high quality products.
Buiding business culture and ethics was taken care of, which created separate cultrue
of Yamaguchi, helps it attract and keep customers as well as create effective working
enviroment, encourage the staffs to devote to the enterprise.

3.1.2. Weaknesses(W)
 Capital scale is not large
Be a joint stock company with 100% equity, so capital scale of the enterpise is limited,
which affects its manufacturing scale. Besides, facilities and equipments have not created
the best enviroment for the staffs to work the most effectively.
 Departments have not been specilized
The departments still depend on each other quite much, don’t have high specialzation
in each one, which affects the effectiveness of the work.

Young human resources is a strength of the enterprise but the company lacks steadily
experienced and professional staffs. Human resources of the company need training
more to gain higher achivements.
 Marketing activities limited

Marketing activities of the enterprise on the market have not gained high effectiveness.
The company has not focused on promoting advertisement, buiding good relationships
with customers. The company has not been active in expanding its export market due
to limited captial, not building image of the products, the company with customers, not
having suitable marketing forms, not researching and analyzing the market deeply.
Consuming products depends on factors outside very much. This is an issue which
need to be fixed early to improve the position of the enterprise on the market.
 Logistics is difficult to compete because of its new operation
The enterprise began to exploit logistics service to supply customers in the early of
2014, so the cost for the beginning was quite expensive and it has not brought profit
for the company. Meanwhile, logistics service is difficult to compete because the
logistics companies have opened more and more. Limit of young staffs who lack
experience to solve problems is a hinder of accessing logistics business market.
3.1.3. Opportunities (O)
 The development of information technology, traffic system
Society is more and more modern, internet is more and more developing. Therefore,
researching information became more simple. The enterprise can contact with its
suppliers, customers by emails. It not only is convinient to introduce, advertise its
products but negotiate, which helps it saves time and money because of unorganizing
direct negotiation. Social network is popular not only in Vietnam but in the world. The
company made use of it to advertise itself and its products. Traffic systems are
improved, so the company can transport goods faster and more convinient.
 Demand of the market increases more and more
Standards of life is higher and higher, which requires good products and services.
Customers become more and more discerning. Simultaneously, industries and services
are developing. They require many modern machines, equipments to manufacture the
most effectively. Beside home market, the enterprise also supplies goods for foreign
partners such as Japan, Taiwan, etc. Therefore, demand of products and services is
very large.

The company cooperated with its suppliers in long term, so good sources are stable
and qualified. Yamaguchi respects its reputation, it always requests its suppliers
standards of materials.
 Opportunities of international cooperation
Vietnam intergrates its area and the world economy. It became a member of many
organizations for economic cooperation and development such as ASEAN, WTO, etc.
In the next Frebruary, Vietnam is gong to sign The Trans – Pacific Partnership
aggreement, the exporting – importing goods barriers will be ejected to creat much
developing oppportunities for the enterprise.
3.1.4. Threats (T)
 Competition is more and more cutthroat.
In the present economic situation, enterprises are establised more and more.
Competition becomes more and more cutthroat because the company has to face
companies in the same profession but these in different professions. Developing
economy has no space for poor enterprises. Competitors try to improve machines,
productivity, quality of products, cost decrease.
 Demand of customers changes fast
Customers always changes their consuming habits. They want to use products and
services which have higher and higher quality. It requires the company to catch even to

pioneer in innovation to meet demands of customers.
 Economy depression
In recent years, Vietnamese economy has been influenced by the affect of the globe
economy crisis, which make enterprises in the country meet several difficulties.

3.2. Some solutions for improving business efectiveness
3.2.1. Solutions for business strategy
At the present, before keen competion on the trading market, Yamaguchi needs to have
concrete strategies to improve its business effectiveness and competitiveness.
- Focusing on marketing: Advertising more the Yamaguchi’s image and its brand to
customers. Especially, the company needs to build a team marketing and saling
products. This team always are trained to improve their skills, knowledge, to meet the
demand of expanding and developing the market.
- Finding believable suppliers: qualified products, competitive prices for consumers.

3.2.2. Soluttions for declining expense/ rising turnover
- Rising turnover by divesifying source of revenue: trading, manufacturing, logistics
service. Ensuring to provide all of customers’demand.
- Declining expense by making use of fuel sources of manufacturing, downsizing
unnecessary and inefficient positions.
- Redesigning, automating, simplifing business process professionally to aim to
improve labour productivity of each staff.
3.2.3. Solutions for training, devloping human resources
- With a view to improving level, possibility of profession adaptation of the staffs

while and after working at the company, the leaders always have to concern about
training staffs of the company.
- Being positive, cooperating, linking with universities to wait in front for excellent
students and take them to the enterprise to work.
- Deploying criteria for evaluating work effectiveness obiviously in each norm.
- Building periodic and annual rewarding and punishing machanisms. Giving bonus
for individuals who have good achivements, bring profit for the enterprise.
- Creating opportunities for staffs to take part in training, improving English courses
every week.
- In the recruiting process, beside requirements for profession, it is necessary to choose
people who have good English levels.
- Encouraging the staffs to communicate and work by English to improve their levels
and build professinal working enviroment.

CONCLUSION
Vietnam Yamaguchi jsc is a young company. Although its scale is smaller than
companies which are in sectors of processing precision, supplying experiment
equipments and logistics services, the company is developing increasingly with its
effort, abundant, professional human resources. It promises to meet important goal and
affirms its position in home market and foreign markets.
During one month doing the internship as an office staff at the comapny, I possessed
the a opportunity to apply the knowledge obtained at university into reality and learn
more about styles, attitudes, methods of working, communication in business

Through my experiences obtained during the one-month internship and my
knowledge background, I conducted this report in order to figure out some existing
