I. OBJECTIVES : By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:
- report some of the records at the 22

SEA Games the sports results of the match. After that, they can use it
in the real life.

- Talk about (reporting) sports results

1.WARM UP (8’): The name of sport under each symbol
2. PRE - SPEAKING (6’):
TASK 1.
Work inn pairs
. Discuss and write the name of the sport under
each symbol. Which sport (s ) do you like/dislike ? Give your
reasons
3. WHILE SPEAKING (16’):
Task 2. Work with a partner. Task about some of the records
at the 22(nd) SEA GAME, using the information in the table
below
Erni, the Indonesian, won the Women’s Marathon. She run 42
kilometers in 2 hours 52 minutes 28 seconds
