In business, there are three following strategies:
1. Strategy is a process of logic: From Cognitive / thinking / ideas strategy to strategic
planning and implementation of strategic management
2. Strategy is a roadmap with three important questions: (1) Where we have to go; (2)
Where are we going; (3) How can we get there?
3. Adaptation Strategy is Strategy is planned, emerging strategies needed in
implementation and planned strategy which is not appropriate and need to be removed.
You can choose one of the three approaches and explain the meaning of each approach,
give examples and illustration to clarify your explanation.

ANSWER :
In this essay, I will explain by choosing Strategy is a roadmap with three important
questions: (1) Where do we intend to go ? (2) Where are we ? (3) How can we get
there ?
As we can say, knowing how to approach and establish a good strategy has
become a basic requirement; it is an effective tool to step to the success of every
corporation. So what is the strategy? There are hundreds of interpretations, explanations
for this definition but the simplest that we could understand are: Strategy is a rosary, a
series of activities designed to create a long-term competitive advantages compared with
rivals. In an operating environment of a company, including market and competitors,

judgment against the company that professionals often called strategic positioning.


The company operates without a strategy is like a person walking down the street
without a specific goal of going, where to go, despite every crowd (market and

power of the company to implement these objectives. Competitive strategy helps
businesses trade to capture market opportunities and create competitive advantage in the
market by applying the limited resources of enterprises with superior results to achieve
goals out, allowing enterprises to consider and determine what direction we should
follow? The business environment is always volatile, creating opportunities and risks in
the future (business strategy will help companies capitalize on the opportunities and
reduce the risks related to the business environment). Business strategy to help
enterprises better prepared to cope with and master the movements of the market.
Business strategies also reduce the risk and enhance the ability of the enterprise to take
advantage of business opportunities as they arise.


Business strategy plays an important role for the survival and development of each
enterprise. A good and well- oriented business strategy will produce a good direction for
enterprises, business strategy can be considered as a guideline for business guided in the
right direction.
In fact, there are many home business thanks to sound business strategies that
achieve more success, surpassing competitors and create a position for themselves in the
marketplace.

Strategy is a roadmap but to understand that route that we need to understand and
answer three basic questions but extremely important are: (1) Where we have to go; (2)
Where are we; (3) How we can get there.

the Company CADASA. Particularly in the field of book publishing company also has a

network stretching from north to south, including from the city. HCMC to Hanoi, the
central provinces and the Central Highlands.

1. Targets development of the company:
Joint Stock Company CADASA oriented to become a company, a large group on
education, research IT applications and fields of economy, society, biotechnology ... in
which the company aims to build DALAT CADASA RESORT which may become a
center of high end resorts and conference that reached international standards, stature in
the Southeast Asian region. It is not just a place for travelers to rest but would also where

2. Current status of the company:
The current situation, organizational structure, resources and investment projects
of the company CADSA:
- Potential development: facilities have been invested in the advantageous position, have
more experience, a team of employees with quality, long-term commitment to the
development of the company.
- Leaders are more devoted to their career in development training.
- Investment projects in DALAT RESORT is feasible, in the future this place will
continue investing aims to become a center for luxury resort and conference that fulfill
international standards, which aim to contribute part in the development of the country

* Marketing strategy. These are important strategies to implement business objectives
