To promote the value of Vietnamese food and introduce it to
international friends.
How?
Each participant will cook a dish, then he/she will decorate and give
a presentation about it. A board of chefs will evaluate it. The
winner is the one who has the most delicious dish, the most
beautiful decoration and the best presentation for that dish.
