Hi im cuong im nineteen years old , im student imm study at university of finance and marketing ,my
mian major is marketing i m a creative,positive,vibrant person, the reasn why i want to work as TA is
because i want to improve my english and love to work with children

What is dream

I think that the main reason why you should hire me that i have basic knowledge of makerting

 Lequinsiders is an educational organization which is founded and led by some former
stundents in le quy don high school in qt province.Our organization holds events
very year which invite some specical guess who are very successful in their own
fields and give some advices on scolarship and how to study well useful adivices for
high shool students and from this year we also offer intership programmes for some
university student
How do you know about our production
I think the job/tasks required are very interesting and i know I can learn a lot from doing them. As
my major is marketing, this job is an opportunity for me to gain practical experience. That’s why
I’m very excited about this job and I hope to be given the opportunity to work for Next Production
as a PR intern.

There are many different services in the company ,but i think that the common thinng in these
services is that they all convey a certain meaningful message to viewers ,for example ,if we

experiences, public relations is an industry where there are unique

My favorite designer is Nguyen Cong Tri, He is a vietnamese disigner who has known for many

The responsibilities of ta:
Support the native speaker teacher in class
Help children to follow activities in class usually classes contain a variety of
activities and children are not familiar with them ,we will ensure that the
children can stay on track and complete activities successfully
Contact to children parents and give them feedback on their child
performnence in progress in class.
This aspect of the job is very important as this service enables parents to know
whats happening inside the classroom,finally
,The a TA is also required to do regular calling reports where in addition to
giving general feedback on performance progress ,inform about test score
The main role of TA is helping teacher to prepare for lesson, turn on the
equipment at the start of the lesson.Besides sometimes ,Ta have to take a
small group of children who need some more extra support

In my experience of working with children in the past, I am aware of the importance
of positive role models in the life of a child. As a teaching assistant, I would be able
to have a major impact on children's lives in both an educational and social context.
By leading by example, I can show the pupils how to behave appropriately and how
to interact with each other in positive ways. I look forward to having the chance to
help children to improve their social skills which will stand them in good stead for the
rest of their lives.

I would follow the safe guarding procedueres of the center and inform this to my
senior , but not disclose this to anyone .
I would talk to the bullied child and his/her bullies to understand the problem

between them and then I will inform this to my senior as soon as possible and take
immediate actions prevent this from happening again

I would work closely with the class teacher to find out the solution in a consistent
way .Besides I would use positive encourgament and praise good behaviours when
possible and follow the centers behaviour policy if things don't improve.

know how to really really listen to them ,you will be able to comminucate effective ly
and have good time with them

What do you do if you have to inform the bad result to the parent
This is very difficult situation , I think I need to very flexible in this situation because
obviously the parent they spent a lot money for child ,so they don’t want to hear bad
result .but firstly I need to explain to them the reasons behind their children’s bad
scores and what can be done to improve the situation. Because this requires efforts
of both the center and the parents, I would suggest them some actionable
recommendations that they can take to cooperate with the center to help their

children.

I think one of my strength is communication skill which helps me to connect with
class teacher ,children and their parents more easily, flexible and can handle difficult
situation.
What is the quality of ta ?
You have to care about people,your staffs, your students, the parents ,they need
to be flexible ,creativeperson ,they need to be very observant have a lot of
patience ,you need to have energy enthusiasm and love for children
What are challenge/difficulties?
There are a lot of children so it is quite hard to manage all of them .for example,..so i
need to be very patien
they start crawling under tables or throwing bits of paper? How do you deal with the
children who don’t want to say or do anything? And how do you organise trips to the
toilet without finding yourself with an empty classroom? Here are a few ideas which
will hopefully help you to deal with these situations as easily and efficiently as
possible so you can still teach some English!

step ,we need to understand the audience and communities of influencer
Identify reach of influencer is quite simple ,we just need to know the number of
followers, subscribers, friends of influencers,which is called demographics of
influencers ,we need the support of social listening tool or use can use audience
profiling system of buzzmetrics which help us to analize the influencer fanpage ,then
we will know what types of people in the discusstion ,like group ages ,their jobs , how
many people are females, how many peole are males


After chosing the right influence,brand also need to supervise the effectiveness of
influencers s activities .which bases on reach on their status on facebook ,video clip
on their youtube channel including the number of views and shares, interaction and
