Quan niệm về con người
Con người vừa là mục tiêu vừa là động lực của
cách mạng và tiến bộ xã hội
Phương thức sử dụng và phát huy vai trò động lực con
người
Quan niệm về con người
Con người là một chỉnh thể thống nhất giữa mặt sinh học và mặt xã hội, là chủ thể của các mối quan hệ xã hội trong
lịch sử, là chủ thể sáng tạo và hưởng thụ các giá trị vật chất và tinh thần của xã hội.
Con người như một chỉnh thể thống nhất về tâm lực, thể lực, trí lực và các hoạt động đa dạng của nó luôn vươn tới
Chân-Thiện-Mỹ.
Con người trong sự thống nhất của hai mặt đối lập: thiện - ác, hay - dở, tốt và xấu, hiền và dữ,…bao gồm cả mặt xã
hội và mặt sinh vật. Tuy nhiên, “dù là tốt hay xấu, văn minh hay dã man đều có tình”
Quan niệm về con người
Con người là một thực thể mang tính xã hội
Hồ Chí Minh đưa ra một định nghĩa độc đáo về con người: “Chữ người, nghĩa hẹp là gia đình, anh em, họ hàng, bầu bạn. Nghĩa rộng là đồng bào cả nước. Rộng nữa là cả
loài người”.
Con người trước hết là người lao động, nhân dân lao động – chủ thể đích thực sáng tạo ra lịch sử xã

Quan niệm về con người
Con người thống nhất giữa tính giai cấp, tính dân tộc và tính nhân loại
Con người bao giờ cũng thuộc về một chủng tộc, sắc tộc, dân tộc, thuộc về một quốc gia nhất định. Con người giai cấp như “người bị áp bức”, “Người bị bóc lột”, “tên
tư bản”, “ nhà độc tài”, “công nhân”, “ nông dân”, “thợ thuyền”… Hồ Chí Minh khẳng định, trên thế giới này, chỉ có hai giống người: giống người bóc lột và giống người
lao động và nhấn mạnh tình hữu ái giai cấp. Người luôn đặt mình về phía các giai cấp lao động nói lên tiếng nói phản đối áp bức, bóc lột, đấu tranh để giải phóng con
người khỏi mọi sự tha hóa.

Đối với, Hồ Chí Minh, giải phóng nhân dân lao động khỏi áp bức bóc lột, xây dựng XHCN – một xã hội dân giàu ,nước mạnh,dân chủ, công bằng, văn minh – luôn luôn là

Sự nghiệp cách mạng Việt Nam mà Hồ Chí Minh phấn đấu là giành độc lập dân tộc, tiến lên chủ nghĩa xã hội và góp
phần xứng đáng vào sự nghiệp cách mạng nhân dân thế giới. Đó là sự kế hợp nhuần nhuyễn mục tiêu giải phóng giai
cấp, giải phóng dân tộc và giải phóng nhân loại.

Con người tự do và hạnh phúc của con người là vấn đề trung tâm trong tự trưởng Hồ Chí Minh
