A. The objectives
- By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to practice speaking skill about
making arrangements on the phone. They’ll listen to a phone conversation and
complete the message form.
b. content: Vocabulary and expression: Can I speak to ...? Would you
like to come?,

C. Materials: tape/ disk, CD player, picture, cards,
Work arrangements: Individuals, pairs, groups, T-WC
Anticipated problems: Listening text is long, students may be confused at
the time of the appointment and the time of the phone call.
