HUMAN RESOURCE PLANNING IN DONG A PHARMACEUTICAL TRADING
CO., LTD
PREMISE
People are always central in all matters of the organization. A company or an
organization, despite abundant financial resources, machinery and modern techniques
would become meaningless without human resource management. The main mode of
Human Resources Management will create the face, playful excited or stressed
atmosphere, overcast in the company.
Human resource management is the management of the workforce of an
organization, company, society and personnel. Every form of economic society associated
with a certain mode of production, the trend of increasingly complex governance with the
increasing development of social economy. In today's market, businesses are facing
challenges to maximize efficiency provides its products and services. This requires
attention to quality products and services, to marketing and sales methods as well as the
internal process efficiency. The leading companies often try to create a balance between
nature and the creative consistency. To achieve this goal, they are based on some of their
greatest assets and that is that "human resource".
HRM helps searching, developing and maintaining staff and quality management those actively involved in the success of the company. The organization looks forward to
the experts on human resources management to help them achieve efficiency and higher
productivity with a limited labor force. One of the main requirements of human resource
management is to find the right people and the right amount of time on the condition
satisfies both business and new employees. When selecting the appropriate skills to work
in place, both the employee and the company will get benefit.
HRM is understood as the impact of the rule of subject to the objective in order to
achieve the objectives which have been proposed.
HRM is monitoring, guiding, adjustment, checking the metabolism (energy,
nerves, muscles, ...) between the human and material elements of nature (tools and
subjects of labor, energy,...) in the process of creating material wealth and spiritual to
meet the needs of people in order to maintain, protect, use and development of the
infinite potential people. None of the activities of the organization brings effectiveness
without human resource management. In other words, the goal of any organization is to
use an effective HR organization to achieve the objectives.
The existence and development of a company depends largely on the exploitation
and efficient use of resources: capital, infrastructure, scientific and technical progress,
workers, these factors have an intimate relationship with each other and react to each
other. Factors such as machinery, material goods, technology can be bought, learnt,
copied, but humans. Thus, we can affirm that human resource management plays an
essential role for the survival and development of enterprises.
Humans, with creativity, hard work and diligence invented the original tooling
from the primitive to the development of high-tech; high-tech science today has served
the demand for themselves and social development.
Human resource management contributes to solving the social and economic
aspects of labor issues. It is general problems of social, economic activities in general are
going to sooner or later purpose which is to make people enjoy their own achievement.
Human resource management is in associated with any organization or any agency
organization. Human resource management is an important component of management
functions, it has roots and branches spread all over the place in all organization.
Management's presence in all the departments, any level administrators also subordinates
so each organization must have human resource management. HRM create atmosphere
for a business culture. It is also one of the factors determining the success or failure of a
business.
In human resource management, the Human Resource Planning is one of the most
important parts.
Planning resources or manpower planning is the process of forecasting the
demand for human resources of an organization to carry out the next steps to meet that
need.
Human resource planning is a process of ensuring that the organization has
enough people with the necessary skills to complete the work to achieve the goals of the
organization.
Thus manpower planning involves forecasting the needs of the organization in the
future of human resources and staffing to ensure that the organization will have enough
needed staff at any necessary time to create conducive, achieving the organization's
objectives.
Specifically workforce planning includes:
-
Determining the amount of the people with qualification and skills to adapt to
-
perform tasks or goals of the organization.
Identifying workforce who will work for the organization.
Selecting solutions to balance supply and demand of labor organizations at the
-
appropriate time in the future.
Purposing human resource planning:
Maximizing the use of human resources and ensuring its growth continuously.
Ensuring the necessary skills to carry out the objectives of the organization
Coordinating the activities of human resources with the objectives of the
organization
- Increasing the productivity of the organization.
Clearly, human resource planning helps organizations determine the distance between
the present and the future direction of the manpower needs of the organization;
proactively anticipate problems and seek measures to meet human needs. At the same
time, human resource planning helps organizations find better opportunities and
limitations of the human resources that existing. This has important implications for the
strategic planning of the business. In other words, human resource planning cannot be
done in isolation but must be closely connected with the company's strategy.
This is the first step but the most important step. Like business, planning must be made
from scratch and companies must follow that plan. HR planning is a sensitive, unlike the
other plans of the company. The company's plans have achieved it to achieve the
company's other plans.
Foundation in 1996, after nearly 20 years of development, Dong A Pharmaceutical
Trading Co., Ltd (Dong A Pharma) is planning to develop production and expand to the
South. The company will need to have a detailed staffing plan in 2015, a pivotal year for
the development of the company in the future. The importance of HRM planning is
obvious, but how to build the machine, when to recruit, who will be hired ... are all those
the company need to take carefully and exactly.
