General information and maintenance
1. If the pilot light does not light up, do not turn on the Main Gas Cock.
2. If the pilot flame does not light up, try to press the Electronic ignition button again. If it
still fails, inform the qualified service agent to take appropriate action on maintenance and
replacement.
3. Remember to shut off the Pilot Light while not in cooking for an extended period of
time.
4. The kitchen exhaust system must be turned on whenever the appliance is in operation.
5. Always pay attention to any gas leakage of the Main Gas Cock and connection joints of the
gas pipes. If there is leakage problem, shut off the main gas supply valve and then inform
the qualified service agent for maintenance.
6. Since the Fire Brick and the Burner Cover are directly exposed to high-temperature flame,
they should be replaced when damaged.
7. When the appliance is idle, clean it up and always keep it tidy.
8. To avoid damage on the stove body, do not strike bulky and heavy objects onto the stove.

a. Before lighting the appliance, ensure all gas valves are in closed position.
b. Make sure systems of gas supply and water supply are in condition. Then
turn on air blower (11).
c. Turn on the Pilot Light (8). Press the Ignition Button (7) and Flame failure
device (safety valve) (13) simultaneously to light the pilot. Once pilot flame
is established, hold the buttons for 30 seconds.
d. If the pilot flame is not lit, wait for 5 minutes before attempting step c.
e. Turn on the Main Gas Cock (5) until a desirable flame is obtained.

Structure
Structure of the combustion system
1.
The Wok Range is constructed of stainless steel exterior body, stove top, condiment board,
steel frame and adjustable bullet feet.
2.
It is equipped with powerful burner, air blower and air supply control with chain. The main
components of the air/ gas mixing burner are cast iron casing, bushing for cap head, cap
head, fire brick, burner cover and pilot light set.
3.
Other constructions include swivel faucet(s), drainage tunnel with perforated cover, back
splash and exhaust tunnel. It is also equipped with rear pot(s) for WRG series.
4.
Gas fuel supply pipe and water inlet pipe are easy to install in part under the range.
5.
Main cock handle, pilot light, air blower switch, electronic ignition switch and water valve
are located on the front control panel for easy operation.
