The culture of dress-code in office has expanded to such an extent that the idea of dressing smartly can be
attributed to this recent development. Whilst some people underrate the smart dress in the office, others
consider it playing an important role.
It is axiomatic that dressing smartly has made great impacts on working efficiency. First and foremost, the
mere fact that professional appearances can open many potential opportunities in business partnership is
worthy of constituting a benefit. The confidence, furthermore, gained by dressing well to the office should
be taken into account inasmuch as it contributes into the self-improvement of the employees, and the
organisations’ performance in general. Last but not least, smart dress-code builds up reliable relationship to
not only the customers but also the partners and key accounts.
It is the relability in relationship to others that smart dress-code can build up in office; should all of the
colleagues in a company dress virtually in the same manner, it is likely that solidity among them will
increase, therefore enhancing the credibility of the organization.
On the other hand, there is a little doubt here to stay that working quality is rated above appearance. The
proponents of this contention argue that not merely will the employees spend much time on dressing
rather than working, but it also might be an expensive investment to upgrade their wardrobes, thereby
