I would like to talk about myself: I’m Hoa Nha, I am 40 (forty)
years old. I am an officer. I was born and grew up in Cu Lao Dung.
My hobby is watching TV and playing football.

Tell me about your daily routines

 I would like to talk about daily routines. I get up at 5 in the
morning and go jogging for about 30 minutes. After that I
have breakfast with my family and take my children to
school. Then, I go to work. I start work at 7 in the morning
and finish at 5 in the afternoon. I have two hour break at
noon. I help my wife cook lunch, enjoy meal together and
take a nap at noon. I pick my children up from school at
5p.m. After coming home, I water my garden. After having

dinner my my family, I walk around in the front yard for
about half an hour and then watch TV. I usually go to bed at
10 p.m.

What sports are you interested in?/ what kinds of sports
can you play?
 I would like to talk about sports I am interested in. I used to
play a lot of sports such as football, volleyball, and
swimming but football is my most favorite sport. I started
playing football when I was young. I usually played with my
friends in the late afternoons after school. It’s a team sport
and I learned to cooperate with other people by playing
football. It’s also a good way to reduce stress and stay
healthy. Now I don’t have time to play football but I like to
watch it on TV.

 Now, the popular public transports in Vietnam is bus.
Everyone like this transportation to go to work, school,…
they like it because it is cheap and safe.
