Spactives  inc.  is  a  leading  digital  sourcing  &  trading  platform  for  the  textile  and  apparel  industry  to 
connect  manufacturers  or  suppliers  with buyers from all around the globe. We are aiming to build a more 
simple,  cost-effective,  fast-to-match  and  AI-driven  sourcing  method  with  full  transparency;  therefore, 
minimize  risks  in  comparison  with  those  traditional  sourcing  methods  such  as  tradeshow  or  sourcing 
agency.  
Our main missions:  
1. To enforce the trading potential and competitive edge of Vietnam in the textile & apparel industry  
2. To  optimize  the  efficiency  of  the  sourcing  &  trading  process  from  the  stage  of  finding  suitable 
manufacturers or suppliers to the quality verification and delivery stage  
 

JOB DESCRIPTION 
CO-FOUNDER - CTO - (Full-stack) Web Developer  
Roles & Responsibility:  
-

Designing,  coding and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to a client's 
specifications.  Strive  to  create  visually  appealing  sites  that  feature  user-friendly  design  and 
clear navigation. 

-

In  charge  of  anything  related  to  technical  problems  as  well  as  having  regular  exposure  to 
business  stakeholders  and  executive  management,  as  well  as  the  authority  and  scope  to 
apply your expertise to many interesting technical problems. 

-

Participate in the founding process of the company within the expertise  


Required Skills & Qualifications:  
-

Deep  expertise  and  hands-on  experience  with  Web  Applications  and  programming 
languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and API's. 

-

Deep functional knowledge or hands-on design experience with Web Services 

-

Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to E-Commerce applications 

-

Strong  understanding  of  UI/UX,  cross-browser  compatibility,  general  web  functions  and 
standards

Able to work as a team-player (not a solo-player)

Creative, dynamic, youthful and innovative mindset

Good  command  in  communication  and  idea  demonstration  as  well  as  in  linguistic  ability
