PREFACE

The industrialization - modernization economy is developing, which is followed by the strong development of the professions, it is
more and more diversified and expanded. In particular, HRM has affirmed its position, becoming a universal and indispensable
profession in society.
We find that Human Resource Management is an important part of any organization that affects the whole organization. This work,
if implemented well, will promote progress in many aspects of the organization and vice versa, if ineffective performance can
negatively impact the development process of the organization.
Today, the human resources department with staff and managers is indispensable in any agency or organization. However, the
human resources have both the expertise to perform well in the office and management skills in the agencies are very lacking. To
meet the needs of the work of the society, employees must be clear about their duties along with improving their expertise to
maximize their abilities.
Based on the needs of the society and linking the school with society, University of Technology – Hutech University implemented
the guideline "Learning with action". Hutech University – Faculty of Foreign Language implemented the Internship plan for
students at the agencies, organizations and businesses Through practical experience and research surveys, students consolidate their
knowledge, enhance the ability to apply theoretical. In the real world, students learn more specialized skills; build the working style
of Human Resource staff

Practice is a practical discipline that any discipline has. It requires students to apply the theory learned in the school into practice. It
helps students become familiar with practical work before coming into contact with work at agencies, organizations, creating an
objective view for students.
During the period of my internship work, I have received generous help from many quarters, which I like to put on record here with

To complete this internship report, I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Linh for her devotion to guide
me through the graduation report.

With limited knowledge and limited practical experience, it is imperative that this Internship Report is inevitable. I am looking

Corporation so that I can improve better, and have more valuable experience and knowledge for future work.

1.2 Business activities:
Dai Dung Company was established in 1995. Through 20 years of development, the company has now met the needs and beliefs of
customers with the professions serving the potential development of Vietnam economy and world.
The company established a factory system specializing in manufacturing steel structures and mechanical products for the spearhead
industries, construction industries, domestic heavy industry and exporters such as thermal power plants, Steel rolling mills,
workshops, supermarkets, warehouses, high-rise buildings with steel structures, electric poles, broadcast towers ... from simple to
complex.
Major industries of Dai Dung include:
- Consulting and design:
+ Buildings.
+ Structural steel structure.
+ Industrial works.
+ Civil works.
- Manufacturing, installing, assembling pre-engineered steel buildings, building workshops for civil, industrial and commercial
buildings.
- Produce all high-tech steel structural products.
- Hot dipped galvanized hi-tech.

3. Internship Description

3.1. Specific tasks & Responsibilities

 Manage the recruitment of companies under the Recruitment
procedures:
- Receive registration form, sign
- Make recruitment notice, contact the job center to announce the recruitment, send the
recruitment notice to the administrative secretary to post the recruitment notice.
- Receive records, check records, return failed records, and list to the manager / director
- Prepare - send the invitation to test as required, telephone candidate candidates on test day, test
preparation - test room, transfer test to the head of the test results, announce candidates not equal
letter
- List the interviews, announce interview candidates by phone and mail, organize the interview
(meeting room, repeat the calendar), post the interview results, announce the unsatisfactory
candidates, and Notify the successful candidate for a job, make a contract.




Manage the information of staff.

Manage the profile, CVs of staffs throughout the Company: keep records of employees in the file
by department. Make a list of employees of the Company in the form, updated monthly.
Due to the size of the large company, the number of employees and workers are high, the records
kept at the Human Resources Department are quite large. At the office, documents are stored
according to job content and broken down by year, so it is easier for employees to search and
look up.
Although the Company does not have its own repository, the documentation of any department is
still managed and stored by the department; however, instead, the records are stored in iron and
wood shelves. , Preserved in a cool and clean environment, avoiding damage caused by natural


elements and harmful insects. Existing documents and documents will be canceled by the staff in
accordance with the regulations of the Company.
Documentation Process:
Step 1: Make a list of documents to be filed in the departments.
Step 2: Open the profile.
Step 3: Collect files, documents from departments.
Step 4: Sort records.
Step 5: Check the records.

Step 7: Access and use profile.
Step 8: Process your application.

Using the office equipment
In order to improve the work efficiency as well as meet the increasing demands of the work, the
office has focused on the application and innovation of information technology to help solve the
work faster and more convenient.
Currently, the office is using Acer computer system with high speed Internet and absolute
security (management software, entertainment sites and social networks are prohibited). , The
office also owns other types of equipment such as:
- 7 21-inch Acer PCs with high-speed Internet connection.
- A 32-inch computer monitor for camera monitoring.
- 2 Espson printers.
- handheld computers.

- 8 desk phones.
Because the company is a large company with a large number of employees, the company
applies to the attendance of employees on a daily basis using fingerprint software. This software
is managed by the Human Resources Department and allows the Human Resources Department
to update the new employee code. The fingerprint machine that the company currently uses is the
Virdi AC 4000
