1. INTRODUCTION:
1.1. The reason for choosing the theme:
In the trend of globalization, integration and development today, English
has become the most important language in the world, in all fields of social life,
including the education sector. English as a communication tool is the key to the
treasure of humanity. On the other hand, the wide application of information
technology has made learning English become urgent and indispensable. So
English has become one of the main subjects in the curriculum of students.


Learning and using English require a process of creative exercise diligence of
both the learner and the teacher. Especially in the situation of educational reform
at present, English is widely supported to be taught in view of communication
methods. The students have more opportunities to communicate with friends and
actively participate in real life situations: Learning goes together with practice.
The new English program in secondary school has been implemented across
some schools in our country for many years with the goal of creating maximum
opportunities for students to practise four skills of listening, speaking, reading
and writing on the situation or topic and content-related to communication
environment in the country and abroad. The students at my school have been
studying the program of new English book for more than one year and it is very
difficult for both learners and teachers to find out the best way to study and
language is not a formula subject but in reality. When learning English, most
students and even teachers often focus on grammar rather than communication.
The result is that many students are able to understand English grammar, but
when communication situation comes up, they often feel embarrassed and
afraid.
In the role of an English teacher at secondary school, I have to try my best
to find an effective way to attract my students to participate in course activities
and help them feel more confident in communication. I have integrated the
games, songs, stories or fun chant in all the lessons in order to improve skills
for students. But with forty five minutes duration for a lesson, teachers and
students have to ensure the amount of knowledge required for certification,
students can not have more time to participate in extracurricular activities,
especially for students in grades 6 at my school who have been studying the
program of new English book. They are fully engaged four communication
skills. However, listening and speaking skills are the most important skills in
their communication but they are still limited. Most of the students are
embarrassed when they work in pairs or individuals. Sometimes their activities
do not take long enough as required. The change in facilitating the teaching and

learning of English with grade six students in secondary schools is teaching
living language instead of teaching words as many years ago. However, in
practical English skills forged for students, teachers confronted with many
difficulties, especially communication skill forged. Most of them are not good at
communication skill. Facing with this situation as a direct teacher to teach

English for students in grade 6, who have been studying the program of new
English book, I myself always think of how to help students master, listen
comprehension and maturely manipulate information. During both teaching and
observing the students, I found the discipline and communication skill of the
students having a lot of problems. Most students do not know how to
communicate, I mean that they do not know how to use the words and
grammatical structures that they know to communicate. In the classroom,
students often say that although there are many words that they know they can
not speak out. Therefore, in the teaching process, I find a number of methods for
positive, simple, easy to develop communication ability, speculation and
creativity of students. With my little experience, I boldly go into a problem:
“Organizing English Club to develop the communication skill for the grade 6
students at Tinh Hai secondary school.”
1.2. Research purposes:
- Improve the teaching and learning quality.
- Give Students more chance to learn, communicate and practise English.
- Create a good environment for students to make them enthusiastic in English,
and develop the gifted students in English courses.
- Train and develop the skills to communicate in English.
- Contribute inspiration for all students in learning English.
1.3. Research subjects:

- Research theoretical basis of linguistics.
- Students in grade 6 at Tinh Hai secondary School.
- Contents of club activity:
+ Organize some games for students to play.
+ Learn to sing English songs.
+ Discuss the problems in the learning process.
+ Test writing and reading short essays in English.
+ Listen to English stories and take part in English storytelling contest.
+ Quiz in English.
+ Execution themed painting, performance, making postcards, posters, notices ..
+ Organize picnics to stimulate the spirit of learning English among students

2. CONTENT OF INITIATIVE:

2.1. Theoretical basis.
English, one of the foreign languages, has been learned by many
Vietnamese people for communicating, learning and doing research. Currently,
because of new method in learning and teaching, students have more favorable
exposure to the English language. Students have the opportunity to

communicate in English and easy to apply in life. Prominent feature of the
innovation agenda for new textbooks is maximum opportunity for students to
practise four skills, especially listening and speaking skills to the teaching of
English is really a difficult task. That students use English in real life is a
difficult job, especially for coastal students in grade 6 at Tinh Hai secondary
school.
To enhance the communicating, social skills and understanding for the
students, the school has a lot of care to organize many kinds of extracurricular
activities, clubs to stimulate the spirit of learning among students. Beside formal
classes, they need to have good environment to interact, and learn about the
country, people and culture of English-speaking countries, the value of the
language they are learning. Organizing activities of English Clubs in schools
also contributes innovative teaching methods to improve the educational quality,
create a healthy educational environment to improve the effectiveness of
comprehensive education in schools. From the base of the above, I determine
that the organizating and maintaining effectively the English club are very
practical, which is the ideal destination for those who love English Club, where
they have more opportunities to expand their knowledge of English and feel
more confident in communication.
2.2. Really state of affairs .
1. Current status of the school.
Tinh Hai Secondary School is located in a commune in the province 's
southern East coast of Tinh Gia district. The school has a teaching staff who are
young, enthusiastic, capable of teaching and always love their job. In the field of
education, my school is always interested in, focused on teaching and learning.
And my school always receives the active support of the local government so
many years, the school was rewarded as the advanced school in the district. But
beside that the school has faced many difficulties in education. Visual media,
pictures, furniture for teaching and learning English are lacking.
2. For teacher.

Being a teacher for many years teaching English in secondary school by
the method of innovation, I myself noticed and had so many difficulties of
teaching English after the method of innovation, especially The difficulty of
pronunciation and communication skills. I myself did not feel confident enough
to communicate with people who speak in English. Because of teaching English
after the method of innovation and I tried my best to overcome the difficulty, to
find out an effective method to help students communicate confidently.
3. About students and parents.

Due to a commune in the coastal areas, people live mainly on fishing but
because of over population, their living standards are low and strenuous. The
majority of parents are not really interested in their child's learning. In adding to
that, learning self-discipline of students is poor. And their life has been directly
effected from the Project of Nghi Son Refinery & Petrolchemical Limited
Liability Company. Everyday, communication skill of students compared with
students in urban areas is limited. Therefore, learning and communicating in
English, a foreign language of the children, are more difficult. Pronunciation of
their native language also leads to more errors in communicating. So teaching
English is also more difficult. Most of the students are very timid and shy,
especially they have opportunity to communicate.
Most students at Tinh Hai secondary school, at grade 6 in particular, can not
determine the goal of learning English. The use of English is limited in their
lives, they do not dare to speak and communicate with friends in English.
Moreover, in the learning process, students are not good at communicating skill,
it is difficult to communicate. To communicate effectively, students must be
trained and practised communicating more to get used to English
communication. The innovation of teaching methods pay much attention to find

out an effective method, proactive practices of students in English. But most of
the children here do not have good conditions to learn English communicating
skill, time for learning is limited, the reference document depends on the family
economy, from which the investment for learning communicating skill is
limited, too.
The question is how we overcome these difficulties in order to improve the
learning quality of communicating skill and help students communicate more
confident in using English as a second language, proficient in words, sentences,
especially for students in coastal area as grade 6 students at Tinh Hai secondary
School.
Understanding the situation, concerning about the quality of courses and
trying to find a new direction in teaching English to reach the goal of
communication, I have conducted a survey about the communicating ability of
the students in grade 6 at Tinh Hai secondary School in the first week of the
academic year, 2017-2018 with the following content:

After conducting a survey on the level of engagement of students in grades 6
through speaking skill in English, I obtained the following results:

Indeed, the above results, I found out that communicating skill of students in
grade 6 is limited. we see that the number of students in all three classes 6 who
can interact well, reflect quickly through some basic core language learned in

the program is still relatively low, at 11.0% of the total No. 101 students, the
number of students reaching basic levels of communication is very modest about
43.0%. and the number of students not achieving speaking skill is very high,
accounting for 46.0% of 101 students. There are many objective and subjective
reasons about survey results Speaking of the grade 6 students that is not good,
they may include the following main reasons:
- They are timid, shy and are not self-confident when they practise
communicating with their friends or teacher.
- Psychological characteristics of the grade 6 students are very active, exploring,
or imitative, but quickly tired and forgetful.
- Many children with difficult family circumstances, they have to support their
families, that is why they do not have much time to study English.
- They do not receive the support of their family in English object at home as
other subjects, because most parents know nothing about foreign language.
- The condition of their learning is limited. Most students do not have
dictionaries, reference books, video tapes used to learn, especially
communicating environment is not available.
- Over many years in secondary school, teaching and working with my students,
I understand the disadvantages, their difficulties, especially for foreign language
courses. I think the main causes leading to low academic performance, lack of
confidence in their communication is that they do not have environment to
interact, share and learn development skills,
2.3. The solutions used to solve the problem:
With the desire to reduce the disadvantage for the students, at least in
learning, improve the quality of courses and communication skills of the
students, I have boldly planned to organize and operate English Club for
students grade 6 submitted to the school leaders with the following content:
1. The concept of English clubs in schools:
English club in schools is the place where students gather with the same
interests, talents in the discipline English voluntary participation in learning

activities and entertainment suitable for themselves.
2. The purpose of the club activities:
- Enhance pedagogical teacher.
- Develop environment for students to use and practice English language skills
learned in a natural way and excited.
- Master knowledge and English skills through the activities of the club.
- Create a healthy, exciting, and rewarding playground to attract students to
participate in, contribute to enrich the life of group activities for students.
- Create an environment for students with an interest in English, nurture and
develop the gifted students in English courses.

3. Time:
- During the first fifteen minutes of Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays every
week, it is controlled by students, especially by monitor of each class.
- On Saturdays or the last day of the fourth week of the month, it is controlled by
Teacher.
4. Budget:
- Funds are expected:

5. Type of Organization
- Organizing activities of the club at least once a month under the guidance of
teachers.
- Organizing a small picnic for members of the Club three times in a school
year.

- Playing the game, English quiz.
- Organizing group singing the song, chant in English and English songs.
- Discussion of problems in the learning process.
- Testing about writing and reading short essays in English.
- Listening to English stories and storytelling in English.
- Painting according to the each theme, performance, as postcards, posters.
6. The principles that teachers should adhere to the extracurricular
activities of high efficiency:
- Seize the psychology of secondary students.
- Do research and change forms of club activities monthly.
- Be a guide, a monitor to motivate and elicit ideas to help students.
- Help students actively involve in the activities.
- Encourage students share their difficulties and help students who are in need.
- Cheer and reward students when they complete the activity well.
- Choose suitable content in teaching.
- Let students work in pairs or in groups, emulate environment to encourage
them to actively participate in interactive activities.
- Create opportunities for students to interact with teachers or their friends.
Especially Students can be interacted with the foreigner volunteer staff of Nghi
Son Refinery & Petrolchemical Limited Liability. so that they become familiar
with the interaction of language, strong in communication and promote positive
in all activities.
- Rich, varied and carefully prepared.
- Create a relaxed, exciting atmosphere for students to participate in activities of
the Club.
7. Members of the club and the provisions on membership:

- Grade 6 students who wish to foster, train and raise the level of English.
+ The interests of club members:
- To participate in the official activities of the Club.
- Pharmacy advice, help advance the difficulties in the process of learning
English.
- To participate in the cooperation program between clubs and organizations
within and outside the school to raise the level of English.
- To have the rights to make constructive comments Club.
- To have the rights to seek out the Club if they wish.

- Strictly obey the rules and regulations of all the club's activities.
- Actively participate in the activities of the Club.
- Actively contribute ideas and content to build the club.
- Members of English Club must be allowed and agreed by their parents.

Consensus of the managing staff and cooperation of the unions, the teachers
in the school, I started to deploy the registered participation for grade 6 students
of English Clubs. On last Saturdays or Sundays of the month, the club meetings
for students is regularly held under the joy of the members.
To help students learn English as learning to speak Vietnamese, then to
talk directly, using these words everyday life, participate in games, songs or
stories are repeated with regular frequency. Fun to master vocabulary and
language will make efforts every day to children imitate and remember. Regular
exercise will help capital-age children "catchy, fast forgetting" to build
vocabulary certainty, reflection and thinking directly in English. For students in
the coastal areas such as Tinh Hai Secondary School is hard to create a proactive
environment for children to study or talk, communicate directly with foreigners,
or create daily communication habit for students. So we need to create "English
environment" for children. Passive environment like listening to music,
watching movies in English, reading English stories, newspaper, is one of the
positive solution to help improve reflexes heard, the most important skills for
English communication. That's why I have been spending all my time
researching, collecting, filtering of suitable content for inclusion in the monthly
work plan for the meetings of the club regularly with the following types:

8.1. Games:
- Objective: The right combination between study and play in English can
bring many benefits to both teachers and students. The game creates a dynamic
learning environment, stimulate interest in learning for children. The active
participation in the game will not only help the children improve language skills
as basic as listening, speaking, reading and writing, but also develop other skills
such as teamwork, in pairs and resolve problem; help them relax after the
stressful school hours, add favorite subjects, to actively participate in activities,
encouraging confidence in the student's communication. Through the use of the
game promises to bring the results of higher education, help children learn and
practice foreign languages better. Here are some games in the series the game is
used to integrate the activities of the club: Games - Bee find honey, Pelmanism,
Bingo, Noughts and crosses, Lucky numbers, Kim’s game, Slap the board,
Network.
+. To sum up, there are many kinds of games that we can use in the English
Club to develop students’ communicating skill Such as Rub out and remember,
What and Where, Miming, Crossword or Matching.
- For example: In order to hold a club meeting with the topic “ Teacher’s Day”.
Let students play game named Bingo.
- How to play: Students choose from any of the numbers given at the request of
teachers and write in their notebooks. Teachers read the words in no particular
order. Students tick from the teacher read, if any. If students who have all or
some of the words straight from the line and say "Bingo" and is the winner.

- For example: In order to hold a club meeting with the topic “Tet in my
country”. Let students play game named Kim’s game.
- How to play: Divide students into groups. Show students the objects, paintings
or words in a short time. Ask students to not only write that memo. Put objects,
paintings or delete the word go. Call group representatives to write the names of
objects, paintings or just watch the vocabulary. The groups are more then win.

Apart from the language games, short English songs also bring enormous
efficiency in the operation of the club. Music is the language of the soul with the
combination of many different emotions. The use of music in teaching English
to students is one of the methods that the teachers like to choose. This is also a
way to support English lessons to help create excitement, comfort and joyful
atmosphere for students learning English through songs helps students
remember their knowledge better without being under pressure. Teaching
English to children through the song has become one of the methods that brings
many advantages in learning a foreign language:
- The ability to memorize information better.
- Relieve stress.
- Standard pronunciation.
- Source material abundance.
Here are some songs that are selected and used in daily life thematic monthly
club:

- Objective: "Inclusive but insoluble" helps students learn English, English to
communicate more love ethnic subculture, keeping the traditional melodic folk
songs: Cylindrical, dirt drifting clouds or the song .... Vietnam has been bold in
the Vietnamese soul nature of history, education, the songs of Physicians, the
national hero was adapted well through English words included in the meetings
of the club such as the songs “We wish you a merry Christmas, Happy new year
song, Mother’s day song, Listen to drum and As if there were Uncle Ho in the
day of the victory”, The chalk dust. And This is one of the activities at the club
meeting with the topic named “Teacher’s Day”

8.3. Some stories:

- Objective: To help students learn the culture of the English-speaking
people, helps them expand vocabulary, learn moral lessons in English, develop
imagination and wording of the articles as well as in communication.
- Give the students exposed to the story in English will help children to English
in a gentle, cheerful, comfortable. Based on fun activities that children will
understand the expanded language, help children develop the ability to imitate,
with a sharp reflexes to imitate English pronunciation so children can sound
more accurately. In the process of storytelling should not interpret the language
phenomenon; no use of writing; Vietnamese restricted use instead their
movements, gestures of the teacher, take advantage of situations. The narrator
can inspire children to communicate in English by:

8.4. The puzzle:

- Target: Each puzzle is a communication situations, is the application of
knowledge, skills courses. Puzzle arouse curiosity, the ability of students to
explore. Changing forms of organizational learning stress a "quiz" are forms of
"learning the game, playing the school". Therefore, they are comfortable
thinking, free discussion without being boring. On the other hand, you can
create a similar puzzle based on the puzzle were there with their knowledge on
the topic, the topic has been learned. From there, help them to inculcate
knowledge, passion for learning more. To use puzzles to teach effectively,
teachers must first collect and puzzles designed to ensure accordance with the
following principles:
- Must be linked to the objectives and content of the curriculum for fourth

graders.

8.5. The poem:
- Objectives: Give the students exposed to the literary works through the
poems help children develop vocabulary, feel the beauty, the value of art in the
English language. Not only that, the poetry club meetings also help them form
correct reading skills, expressive reading gradually put them into art works,

enriching their feelings, develop imagination, inspiration for the children like
and learn to do short poem, simple vocabulary. When reading poetry, maybe
they do not understand the words or meaning but poetry helps them feel the
sounds of life, rhythm, poetry and music to discover. Poetry helps them develop
communicating skills in English communication in modern life. Such as “Swing,
The rabbit, HooRay! HooRay! Poems and This is one of the activities at the club
meeting with the topic named “ Mother and teacher”. Let students read the poem
“The Teacher - Written by Amelia Jane” Through which the students know and
respect much love and gratitude to their mothers and teachers

8.6. Reherse a play:
- Objectives: Help students have good ability to communicate and
develop not only the ability to remember story content but also tone in
conversation. Example: This is one of the activities at the club meeting with the
topic named “ Mother
Teacher”. Let students play roles in fairy stories such as “The first Well,
Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast, Little Red Riding Hood, Snow White and the
Seven Dwarfs, The little match girl…”

8.7. Organize Gala by theme:

- Objectives: Organize Gala by theme to help students develop their
creativity, ability to speak English fluently and reflect well in communication.
Especially students are able to present in English. This is one of the activities at
Gala by theme in March - school year 2017-2018 at my school. We organized
the GaLa about “Environmental Protection”. Let students ten minutes present in
English by themselves. Example, “ Hello. Every one. Now, I’d like to introduce
the new fashion of Tinh Hai secondary school to every body. You will see the

new beauty of environmental protection. We use all the old materials to make
wonderful fashions. We Hope you will enjoy our fashion

old plastic bags. They were recycled to become new wings in order to
overcome flood season in my country.

made from daily used papers and newspapers.

Energy”.
- Please, Create new energy to help our earth reduce pollution and our
natural resources doesn’t become exhausted.
4. The next fashion Named “ The Present of the life” That was made from the
old plastic cans that contains the fresh water drops. That nature gives us in our
daily life.
5. The last fashion was made from dead leaves on the ways to school. It named
“ The inmost feelings of Nature.”
- That reminds us that “ one dead leaf is an injury That our earth is being
suffered from the change of the weather.
So, Let’s protect our environment. That means we are saving our good life”.

8.8. Contests:
- Objective: The competition in the club is a summary, the accumulation
of knowledge of language, understanding their society in the process of learning
and socializing in the club. The contest also gives them confidence ahead of the
crowd, strongly interact, forming the emulation improve the efficiency of
learning, become familiar with the examination environment. The contest
contributes English candidates raised in the test and appetite for English,

- Rehersing a play.
- Painting according to each theme such as postcards, posters, notices.
Example: This is one of the activities at the club meeting with the topic named “
Christmas”. Let students paint and decorate the picture about a Christmas tree
and then Students must present the content, meaning and name of the
decorations related to the theme

- Aims to stimulate the interest of student learning for English subjects as well as
help them improve Students’ English communication, creatively applied in our
dealings with friends and teachers I have selected the active content for English
Club as planned in line with the point of each month. Here is a specific program
of activities for the grade 6 students on the fourth week of February with theme:
"Tet in my country" during 90 minutes.
OPERATIVE PROGRAM OF ENGLISH CLUB IN THE FOURTH
WEEK OF FEBRUARY IN 2016
* ENTERTAINMENT SHOWS WELCOME:
- Opening the program is the cultural performances are impressive across the
bilingual song: Happy New Year and Listen to drums.

*DECLARATION OF REASONS AND INTRODUCTION OF DEPUTIES
* INFORM PROGRAM OF CLUB:
-The program consists of three stages: Total time 60 minutes.
- Stage 1: The knowledge test: through the essay topic on Tet: Members of Club
are the represents of three classes 6 that shared and spoke about the activities of
his family on New Year within 5 minute.
- Stage 2: talent stage (Time 7-10 minutes)
+. Members of Class 6A: Storytelling: The little match girl.
+. Members of Class 6B: Read the poem: Hooray! Hooray!It is New Year's Day
+. Members of Class 6C: Singing: Happy New Year Song

- Stage 3: Demonstrate talent: The members of the club make the postcard about
new year, share and explain the content the postcard with the members (7-15
minutes)
Alternating between each stage is the game to learn about Tet holiday through
games: Network and Matching.

and in April 2018 school year 2017-2018.

2.4. Effectiveness of experience initiatives for educational activities,
with myself, my colleagues and the school:
After nearly a year organizing club for the students in grade 6, I see
clearly that giving good environment to students to help them practise English

communication is very useful. It can brings a lot of practical benefits for
students. Through the English Club activities, the students who are interested in
learning English, have a better chance to develop their own ability, stimulate
their passion and spirit of learning, improve their listening and speaking skill.
Taking part in the English Club, my students have more opportunities to share
knowledge, learn from each other (through pairworks and groupworks), and
experience the living skill. My students now do not feel shy any longer. They are
much more confident to express themselves in front of other people. They are
not timid and passive as they used to be. The thing that interests me is the
atmosphere of the class. It is noisier and my students are more active. They
make much progress in speaking, especially they know how to use words and

grammar structures in expressing their ideas and thought. Beside that, they
boldly share their difficulties in learning with their teacher or their friends. They
actively complete their homework on time and they are ready to interact with
practical exercises. More surprisingly, the students always look forward to
having the English lesson and they are eager to prepare for the Club meeting.
To sum up, the quality in learning English especially in communication skill
among students in grade 6 at Tinh Hai secondary school has been improved a lot
thank to the English Club.
With positive changes of students, I have survey about communicating skills
of grade 6 students in my school in April 2018 with the following content:
Question 1 : Have Students look at the picture, work in pairs and Discuss the
following ideas about the house.

1. What type of house it is?
2. Where it is located?

3. What It looks like?
4. What surrounds it?
5. What appliances it has?
Question 2: Say about: ( Each student chooses only one sentence)
1. Your new school.
2. Activities at Tet of your countryside.
3. Natural wonders of the World.
4. Your daily activities.
5. Your favourite sports and games.
a. Through the practical communicating skill of students and compare the
quality of the classes. During training I noticed they no longer have to worry
about communicating skill when students have the communicating class or
when they must be communicated, and students are eager to practise
communicating. The results achieved through communicating skills of grade 6
students in my school in April 2018 school year 2017-2018.

b. Compare.
Compared with the results of the first survey I found:
Pretty and Good quality increase: 40,4 %.
Reduce the number of poor students: 31,9 %.
Most of students finished well in communicatingg tests periodically.
And one more good thing is that the students in the coastal areas not hardly
communicate in English
The good news is at once more this second survey, students expand
knowledge in their speaking skills by topics or short essay, no longer answering
basic questions follow each sample question as the school year. These are
encouraging results which they have achieved in the process of participating in
the activities of the English club. This proves the effective operation of the club,
which is a positive sign for Teacher and students at Tinh Hai secondary School
continue to preserve and promote the activities of the English Club in my
school. And school year 2017 - 2018 our English Club is still being organized.
- Experiential Lessons.
+ Teacher needs to discover a fundamental deficieny of students in order to help
them overcome their difficulties.
+ Pay much attention to weak students to help them become familiar with this

language and use in daily life.
+ Teacher needs to choose suitable skill for each student. Help students have the
best conditions to learn the subject, especially practice listening skills .
+ During the lesson, the teacher should take advantages of time to guide for
students to practice listening.
+ Need to know disadvantages in teaching time, class size, teaching aids and
material factors such as class sizes, teaching aids.
+ Teacher needs to encourage children to practice listening skill. Especially
listening to native speakers.
3. CONCLUSION AND PROPOSAL
3.1. Conclusion.
Learning is long hard work for students. Thus teacher, outside knowledge
transfer task for students, has to find ways to make lessons more effective and
attract the students’ attention. Guiding for children to have good learning
methods is very important, especially, it is necessary to encourage them to use
English in daily life. If we learn a foreign language but we do not practice
communicating in daily situation, our knowledge will be faded as time goes by.
So I made some slight ideas to help myself find a method of teaching

communicating more effectively, help students achieve high quality learning
and communicating in English because it is an indispensable tool on the path of
integration and development together with friends in Europe. One method to
learn English effectively is to participate in English Club - an important part of
the comprehensive development program of the school, enabling the students to
practise what they have learned, developing a maximum individual capacity of
students. When students participate in clubs, students not only supplement the
knowledge, but also feel confident, dynamic and have better communication.

More importantly, after the experience with the club, each additional students
will be confident with the knowledge and skills they gained. Organizing general
club and English clubs in particular in schools is a new way, initially showed
positive effects in helping to build "Friendly Schools - active Students "carries a
positive meaning, contributing support for the students in learning and life,
prepares knowledge and skills so that they integrate with global education. From
the positive changes in learning and communication as help students have more
motivation to consult, learn, improve the professional quality, the quality of
teaching hours as well as communicating skills of students to meet the essential
needs of the English teaching and learning.
3.2. Proposal .
In the era of open integration with the world in a myriad of opportunities
as well as many of the challenges, it is the young generation who are the
pioneers to connect Vietnam with international friends, so they are the ones who
need to strive to learn more, devote their best ability for a rich and flourish
country, and compare with the great powerful countries in the world. And so, the
way to lead them to success is to learn, to listen, to speak, and to communicate
in English very well! With that importance, I strongly suggest some proposals as
follows:
a. For Youth - Youth Brigade:
We give them some playgrounds, clubs to speak English at school. By
coordinating with English professional groups, other professional groups as well
as and other organizations weekly or monthly. Especially with the participation
of the vollunteer staff of Nghi Son Refinery & Petrolchemical Limited Liability
Company and special anniversary holidays of the year, we must have real plans
and encourage weaker students to participate.
b . For teachers:
In addition to teaching in the classroom, teachers need to visit class,
supervises colleagues not only in schools but also take time to visit colleagues in
school groups. Regularly organize their teaching subjects in accordance with the

actual situation of the school and classroom. It has to be evaluated, contributed
ideas and give honest
and accurate comment about advantages and
disadvantages after each lesson, organizing club.
c. For school leaders:

Next to the overall leadership of the school's work, it is necessary to add
equipments for teaching, listening, watching and learning English at school,
school leaders need more care deeply about teaching teachers, encourage
teachers to do, use equipments effectively. Teachers must check and protect
teaching aids well. School leaders should urge and encourage all members of the
school Council together to do the business of growing people well.
Above are some of my effective experience in process of teaching
communication, I summed up in the teaching process. I hope to receive the
attention, the share and the sincere comments from the colleagues.
