1. I was born in Bulgaria and I moved here
when I was six years old. I graduated from
the Univeristy of Kentucky with a Bachelors degree in biology with a focus in exercise physiology and nutrition. I’ve always
been active, but once I got to college I didn’t
play sports and my activity level dropped as
school became more demanding. I was unhappy with my body, which resulted in a lot
of unhealthy eating habits. I decided to give
bodybuilding a shot so I hired a team of
coaches, who are now some of the most influential people in my life. I fell into fitness
modeling through my bodybuilding career.
I’ve used modeling as a way to inspire and
motivate others.
2. The fitness industry is filled with many
beautiful women, but two women in particular have had a huge impact on my accomplishments. The first is Ashley Kaltwasser. Ashley has accomplished so much and
has been very successful in the bodybuilding industry, but what really motivates me
about her is her personality and outlook on
life in general. I love that she doesn’t let the
opinions of others effect her goals. I think
that’s a very important quality. I also love
her personality. I think we’d make a great
duo! The second person who inspires me is
my dear friend Michelle Brown. Michelle
has also been very successful in her bodybuilding career and she will continue to do
great things. She’s taught me a lot about

disapline, dedication and consistency. Michelle has set an example of what it takes
to achieve, and ultimately exceed, your personal goals.
3. Kevin is an amazing photographer and
he makes sure each experience is just that
- amazing. Shooting with him is nothing
short of a good time. Its like going out with
some of your closest friends and laughing
as hard as possible, except you get to wear
multipule outfits! I feel privileged to have
worked with him on multiple occasions
and I look forward to working with him in
the future.

4. My advice to future fitness models would
be this: stay true to yourself. You find many
people who get wrapped up in certain situations that they stray away from who they
are. Never get behind a the lens of someone
who makes you uncomfortable.
It is okay to walk away. Also, make sure all
you do is for YOU. Don’t destroy yourself
for someone else, whether it be to please,
impress, or make someone jealous. You will
lose focus and you will fail. Fitness is about
you and you alone. Its your body - be selfish
with it!
5. I started competing in 2015 and I have

participated in seven NPC body building
competitions since as well as the 2017 Arnold Model Search, where I was runner up!
Each body building competition was a different experience.
In the beginning I had so much fun. Competing was a hobby and it came easy for
me. As I gained experience I let some of the
pressure get to me and I started to lose my
focus, which affected my prep as well as my
performance.
Luckily, I’ve been blessed with a great support system, who was able to help me get
back on track. As I mentioned, fitness is all
about you. The same goes for competing.
6. Up next for me is grad school! I am taking a break from competing so that I can
focus on my education. I am using this time
to build myself up. I am taking this time
off to work on both my physique and my
mentality.
My goal is to step on a national stage and be
competitive in hopes that one day there will
be an IFBB Pro card with my name on it!
7. I am a total adrenaline junkie. I grew up
riding dirt bikes and motorcycles. There
will always be a special spot in my heart for
anything with two wheels!
