Find Your Customers Problem
Every good business solves a problem.
You need to know exactly what is the biggest problem of your customer.
Two Parts of a Product
1) The marketing/ sales page
2) The actual product
What is an avatar?
An avatar is someone you create to fit a scenario. Your avatar is your perfect customer.
Allows you to hit your customer with their problem and present them with a solution.
Whatʼs the best way to figure out an avatar?
Go out and find the right person…Maybe itʼs your friend, family, etc. and find out what
their problems are and when you find out their biggest issues, find out their desires to
overcome that problem-why do they want to overcome that problem (underlying
reasons).
Through an avatar you convince the viewer that you are providing the solution to
their biggest problems.
Homework: Think of your avatar and talk to them, interview them on their biggest
issues, what their desires are and if you made a product that they would buy, what things
would you have to solve for them that they would be happy with buying your product.
