Established in 2008, REACH is a local nonprofit organization specializing in vocational training and employment for Vietnam’s most disadvantaged youth (youth from poor families, out of school, victims of human
trafficking, disabilities).

They use an innovative and effective training model which matches the needs of underprivileged youth with local industry and labor market requirements. Since 2004, NGO has trained more than 13,000
disadvantaged young people across 9 centers in Vietnam. They train 1,000 students annually, with nearly 90% of the graduates obtaining and keeping a stable job

Microsoft Philanthropies has donated 79 licenses of Office365 E1 plan for their office as well as the cash via Digital Skills grant, that focuses on providing vocational training and digital skill training to youth
