Unit 8: WHAT SUBJECTS DO YOU HAVE TODAY?
Lesson 2
I. Objectives: After the lesson, students are able to:
- Asking and answering the questions about when someone has a subject.
- Develop: speaking, writing skill.
- Studious and obedient students and love their friends.
II. Language focus:
- Vocabulary: school subjects.
- Sentence patterns: When do you have...? – I have it on......
III. Teaching aids:
1. Teacher’s: student’s and teacher’s book, objects, cassette.
2. Students’: books, notebooks, workbooks.

I. Warm up:
* Sing the song : Days of the week.
- Sing the song.
* Check the old lesson: Word Chain.
- Play game “ Word Chain” about
- Have ss recall the school subjects

II. New lesson
1. Look, listen and repeat.
- Ask Ss to open their books on P.52
- Look and identify the characters.


- Have ss listen to the dialogue.
- Listen.
- Play again and ask ss to repeat each line of - Read the word and guess the meaning.

- Call some pairs to talk in front of the class.

- Work in pair practice talking


- Have ss look at the questions in part 3(p54)
- Have Ss to talk.
- Call on some students to report the answers
to the class.
- Check and correct.
