ATTENTION:
1.

Receive the rights and fulfill the obligations of the land user as stipulated by the Land law and
Decrees instructing the implementation of Land law.

2.

Take this Certificate to register at the relevant authorities when: changing, transferring, leasing,
subletting, inheriting, donating the land use right, mortgaging, guaranteeing, contributing capital in form
of land use right; the use is allowed to change name; changing the shape, dimension, area of the land
field; changing the land use purpose; changing the term of land use; changing from the form the
Government leases the land to the form the Government hands over the land with collection of land use
fee; the Government recovers land.

3.

It is not allowed to, correct, erase any content in this Certificate. When this Certificate is lost or
damaged, it is necessary to immediately notify the issuing agency.

4.

If there is any query or demand on understanding about policy, land law, the user may ask land
officers of commune, ward, town or relevant land management agency. The land officer and land
management agency are responsible for answering any query or providing information about the policy,
land law to the land user.
