SEQUENCE FOR APPLY SEALER FOR EXTERNAL STONE

1. Stone substrates preparation:
♠ Stone surface shall clean and dry.
2. Material and Application method:
♠ Sealer material is S-125 (one component)
♠ Apply material by brush.
♠ Apply material for 6 sides of stone piece.
3. Material application:
♠ Apply 1st layer of S -125 by brush/roller to the prepared stone surface. The most importance is 1st layer so is
shall be applied carefully. Depend on the absorption of stone type, next one or two layers can be applied. Curing
time between two layers is ~45 minutes.

♠ 15~30 minutes after last layer applied, using dry clothes to thoroughly clean the stagnate sealer material on
finishing surface of stone to avoid the white colour layer remain.

4. Material consumption: Depend on type of stone
♠ Granite stone : ~ 15 m2 / litle
♠ Marble stone : ~ 10 m2 / little
5. Curing : next step can be proceeded after 24 hours
6. Test: After curing time, pour the liquid such as : water, coffee, sauce, tea…on treated stone surface. The liquid shape
can look like on the lotus leaf.

WATER – PROOF (S-125)
MAINTENA S-125 is formulated for water-poof based modified oganiosilicone. It penetrates into the stone and
forms a lasting film which can effectively prevent the stone from dust and water-based pollution such as water,
coffee, sauce and tea. Application of S-125 can provide the effect of lotus leaf of water-proofing.

Product Description
ABA 655V is a water dispersion primer designed to improve shear
and tensile bond of sand/cement screeds, waterproofing coatings,

plasters, render mortars and paint. It is use for treating porous
substrates and materials.

Mô tả sản phẩm:
ABA 655V là chất kết dính được thiết kế nhằm tăng cường khả
năng chịu lực cắt và lực kéo căng cho bề mặt láng vữa cát/ ximăng, các lớp sơn chống thấm, thạch cao, vữa tô và sơn. Sản
phẩm được dùng để xử lý các bề mặt rỗng.

Thus, it can be used as a primer to prevents gypsum substrates from
breaking off from the chemical reaction between gypsum and
cement aluminates

Vì vậy, sản phẩm được sử dụng như lớp lót ngăn ngừa việc gãy vỡ
các hệ tấm thạch cao do phản ứng hóa học giữa thạch cao và xi
măng Aluminates

Trộn ABA 655V với vữa dán gạch gốc xi-măng ABA, sẽ làm tăng

Substrate Preparation
Substrate must be clean of dust, oil, grease and all contaminating
materials. Ensure surfaces are dry, with no residue or permanent
damp. New brickwork, walls should be left at least 7 days prior to
rendering.
Mixing
Render or screed:
• Prepare a 1:0.5 ABA 655V to water dilution. (by volume)
• For renders mix 27 litres of diluted ABA 655V with 40 kg of cement
to 120 kg of clean sand.
• For screeds mix 21 litres of diluted ABA 655V with 40 kg of
cement to 120 kg of clean sand.

Chuẩn bị bề mặt:
Bề mặt phải thật sạch bụi, dầu, mỡ và những chất làm bẩn. Đảm
bảo bề mặt khô, không ẩm ướt. Đối với tường gạch mới, phải chờ
ít nhất 7 ngày trước khi trát vữa.
Pha trộn:
- Lớp hồ xi-măng: trộn 2 phần xi-măng : 1 phần ABA 655V theo
trọng lượng (hoặc 3 phần xi-măng : 2 phần ABA 655V theo thể
tích)
- Vữa Trát và láng: Pha loãng ABA 655V với nước theo tỷ lệ 1:0.5
(theo thể tích)

Application
RENDER COAT
• First apply a slurry coat using a roller, brush or a flat trowel, to a
maximum thickness of 2mm. While the slurry coat is still wet, apply
render over it. Ensure firm pressure on the trowel to work with the
render into good contact with the surface.
• Renders are applied in the normal manner up to 13mm thick and
allow to take initial set. Renders in excess of 13mm should be

applied in a two coat operation.

Trước tiên sử dụng cọ lăn, cọ, bay trát lớp hồ xi-măng với độ
dày tối đa là 2mm, trát lớp vữa tô khi lớp hồ còn ướt. Phải đảm

bảo lực trát thật mạnh để lớp vữa tiếp xúc với bề mặt một cách
tốt nhất.

Thông thường lớp vữa trát có độ dày là 13mm cho một lần trát
và chờ khô. Nếu dộ dày vượt quá 13mm thì cần trát làm hai
lần.

SCREED
• First apply the slurry coat using a roller, brush or a flat trowel, to a
maximum thickness of 2mm. while the slurry coat is still wet, apply
the screed mix. Using the straight edge, trowel or timber batten to
level the screed. Recommended minimum thickness of screed
15mm. Screed should be left with a good float finish to create a
key for tiling / waterproofing.

Vữa láng
Trước tiên sử dụng cọ lăn, cọ, bay trát lớp hồ xi-măng với độ dày
tối đa là 2mm, thi công lớp láng trong khi lớp hồ còn ướt. Dùng
thước thẳng, bay hoặc bàn chà gỗ làm phẳng lớp láng. Độ dày tối
thiểu của lớp láng là 15mm. Lớp láng nền phải được hoàn thiện
một cách tốt nhất trước khi chống thấm hoặc lát gạch.

Product Limitations
• If ABA 655V is to be used on heated concrete slabs, it must be
used undiluted.
• In exterior conditions, it is essential to provide protection from all
extremes of climate during the whole fixing process.
• Protect ABA 655V liquid from frost – do not allow freezing.

Tính hạn chế của sản phẩm:

 Không pha loãng ABA 655V khi dùng trên bề mặt bê-tông nóng
.
 Trong điều kiện thi công ngoài trời với điều kiện khí hậu khắc
nghiệt, phải che chắn bảo vệ trong suốt quá trình thi công.
 Giữ ABA 655V tránh sương giá và không bị đông cứng.

Safety Data
ABA 655V is non-toxic, however to avoid skin contact protective
clothing should be worn. Should it come into contact with eyes wash
immediately with plenty of water and seek medical treatment.

Sức khỏe và an toàn:
ABA 655V không độc, tuy nhiên phải mặc đồ bảo hộ để tránh tiếp
xúc với da. Nếu bị dính vào mắt phải rửa ngay bằng nước sạch và
đưa đến bệnh viện.
