2. Daily routine

My full name is Bang Vu Hai,I was born and grew up in THAI NGUYEN city
My topic today is Daily routine so I’d like to tell you about my habits or my  timetable, It is rule of us.

I always get up at 5 a.m. After getting
up. I do morning exercises for about 10 minutes.
Then I brush my teeth and wash my face. I have
breakfast at 5.30 a.m. Before going to work, I
have two or three cups of tea or a cup of coffee.
I start work at 7 a.m. I usually have 6
periods with 2 or 3 subjects. After each period I
have 5 minutes break to relax. The morning
lessons finish at 11.30 in summer. I often have
lunch at 11.45.
After having lunch, I take a nap for an
hour. I continue working at 2.00 p.m, I go to
school again to study three more periods,
sometimes I stay at my unit to revise the
lessons. I usually finish my work at 4.30 p.m. I
go back to my unit and play sport with my
friends.

I usually play table tennis, football,
volleyball or badminton until 5 p.m. I like sport
because playing sport is good for my health.
I have a bath before having dinner. After
having dinner, I often watch television or read
newspapers. Then I usually do my home work,
prepare lesson for the next day or read book. I
often go to the bed at 10.30 p.m.
That is all my activities in a day. I think I
like daily routine because I don’t have to think
about what I have to do in a day.

Tôi luôn luôn thức dậy lúc 5:00 Sau khi thức dậy. Tôi tập 
thể dục buổi sáng khoảng 10 phút. Sau đó, tôi đánh răng và rửa 
mặt. Tôi ăn sáng lúc 5:30 Trước khi đi làm, tôi có hai hoặc ba 
tách trà hoặc một cốc cà phê.
Tôi bắt đầu làm việc lúc 7 giờ sáng tôi thường có 6 tiết với  
2 hoặc 3 môn. Sau mỗi tiết tôi có 5 phút nghỉ  giải lao để  thư 
giãn. Những bài học buổi sáng kết thúc lúc 11h35 trong mùa hè.  
Tôi thường dùng cơm trưa tại 11.45.
Sau khi ăn trưa, tôi có một giấc ngủ ngắn trong một giờ. Tôi  
tiếp tục làm việc tại 2:00, tôi lại đến trường để  nghiên cứu ba 
tiết nữa, đôi khi tôi ở đơn vị của tôi để xem lại các bài học. Tôi 
thường kết thúc công việc của tôi tại 04:30 tôi trở  lại đơn vị 
của tôi và chơi thể thao với bạn bè của tôi.
Tôi thường chơi bóng bàn, bóng đá, bóng chuyền hay cầu 
lông cho đến khi 17:00 Tôi thích thể thao vì chơi thể thao là tốt  
cho sức khỏe của tôi.
Tôi tắm trước khi ăn tối. Sau khi ăn tối, tôi thường xem TV 
hay đọc báo. Sau đó, tôi thường làm bài tập về  nhà, chuẩn bị 

bài cho ngày hôm sau hoặc đọc sách. Tôi thường đi ngủ  lúc 
10:30
Đó là tất cả hoạt động của tôi trong một ngày. Tôi nghĩ tôi  
thích thói quen hàng ngày bởi vì tôi không phải suy nghĩ về 
những gì tôi đã làm trong một ngày.

Good morning teacher!
Nice to meet you today
My full name is Bang Vu Hai,I was born and grew up in THAI NGUYEN city
My topic today is  Television so I’d like to tell you about advantages and disadvantages of TV.
Television is very important for our lives so most families have televisions. It provides(cung cap) us with information and entertainment.
What would you do after a hard day at school or at work and you want to entertaining. It simple, just turn on your TV. Music channel, comedy channel or  
cartoon channel... is your choice, just pick a channel. And not only entertaining, TV can also help you update the news from all over the world in the end of the day
We stay at home and know what is happens all over the world. You can watch you favourite programs and game shows you like. Someone
spends 3 or 4 hours sitting in front of television.
However, if you watch TV too much, it is bad for health especial for your eyes. Children sometimes can’t study because of TV.

There are too much advertisements on television which makes us tired. Anyway, TV is a wonderful invention (phat minh). It is a cheapest
kind of entertainment for everybody.
