PROJECT
The proficiency in English is gradually becoming a minimum requirement in our
modern life. For this reason, we – who want every children to have more learning
opportunities, decided to open a English Center in Hanoi for children who is from
7 to 12 years old. Here is our project!

Design Department
In order to make a good impression on customers, our staff, who work in Design
Department, has been working very serious and effective. They created a vivacious
logo and an exquisite slogan. In the middle, there is a flying-rocket that have just


got out of an opening-box. We call it “Black Box”, which is our center’s name. The
pilot of this rocket is a boy who looks very confident, happy and interested in his
driving. At the top, there is the vast of heaven of many great things such as
happiness, knowledge, good relationship and so on. The little pilot seems in control


his driving to reach his goals. It is inspired by a meaningful maxim: “Go
confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you have imagined.” In
the same way, our slogan is “THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX”. All of these things
symbolize our main goals: Black Box improves not only your children’s English
skills but also their personality.

Before participating in our program, kids will do a test to choose the best suitable
course for them.

Marketing Department
The first strategy is associating with schools in improving English skills for
students. Sponsoring some contests or activities and giving scholarships for
students who are in difficult circumstances or score high marks. If possible, we
should take place some meetings or outdoor activities for children to debate and
invite parents as audience. Then, we can find talented students and help students to
boost

self-confidence.
The useful method to market our service is digital marketing. Internet is a huge
market. As you know, there are many tools such as Facebook, leaning language
apps, educational videos… It’s easy for us to use the social media and approach
customers.
But, how should we do to use it effectively? We can do a market research by online surveys,
directly simple questions. Then, we can understand what the most particular problem is, and
what they really need us to provide. Most importantly, collecting data about their affordability
will be a precise basis to decide suitable cost for each course.

Besides, we can offer a trial short course that may take students 2 weeks. After
that, we test the efficiency and ask them about their satisfaction.
Finally, to know whether or not our marketing strategies are effective, we have
to calculate statistics that may include some necessary information such
as the number of key customers know and buy our courses. Then, we can have
better marketing methods.


Sale Department
The realistic and creative strategies of Marketing Department create many
opportunities for Sale Department to approach potential customers. Our plan can
be divided into 5 steps.
The first step is finding contacts of parents between ages 28 and 40. The location
may be about 10km around our center, especially primary schools and
playgrounds, even companies. We need to collect some necessary information such
as parent’s name, their children’s name and age, phone number, email
address, etc… Remember asking them with an open countenance and willing to
help. Do not talk too much or too less.
Subsequently, we should start building goodwill by giving them a
special invitation to access our site and come to our center. Let them know what

they will get if going there and it will be worth to spend their time.



Take place a conference of “How to learn English well?”.
Give them a free English test/a discount.

The third step is presentation. To make customers keep trusting, we should:

Talk about the benefit of learning English & outdoor activities that we will take place
Mention the feature of Black Box (achievement)
Remember being friendly, open-minded, patient, respect, polite, professional.

The forth step is offering suitable course and its detail. The sale-man have
to make sure that you own all answers for all questions about courses. Do not
forget committing the quality of output.
The fifth step is closing deal. There are 2 situations:
o If at that moment, you close the deal → Give them a discount.
o If not, they hesitate → Give them a trial free lesson, set another date.

1. Organize some extra curricular monthly, events, contests and so on.
→ to improve abilities and skills such as creativity, communication, behaviours,

language skills.
2. Give presents: snack, toys, stickers → raising the interest in learning.
3. Create close relationships between kids and teachers.
4. Set up “”Caring group”” to take care of kids whose parents can not take up on
time.


Parents
1. Receive feedback from parents to improve service and better solutions.
2. Provide some services for parents when they are waiting for picking up their
children such as free water, hot tea.
3. Send the report about their children’s learning monthly.
4. Create a community for loyal customers.
