Activity 3. Game: What is it?
Divide the class into 4-5 groups. Each group chooses two words from the list below and work out a description

for each word. The groups take turns reading the descriptions aloud. The other groups try to guess what word it
is. The group with the most correct answers wins.

đọc lớn phần miêu tả. Những nhóm khác cố gắng đoán đó là từ gì. Nhóm nào có nhiều câu trả lời đúng sẽ thắng.


Newsreader: Someone who reads out the reports on a television or radio news programme./ A person



Weatherman: A man on a television or radio programme who gives a weather forecast./ A man who
gives a weather forecast.



Comedian: Make me laugh./ A person whose job is to make people laugh by telling jokes and funny
stories.



TV screen: Display television programme sport-programme: You can see football match, volleyball,...



Animals programme: Often use animals as the main characters.



TV schedule: Have in the television magazine, listing dates and times of broadcasting.
