Health plays an important role to a person’s life as a good health supports us live life to the fullest with what people desire to do.

Therefore, people need to have a green lifestyle to stay healthy

To have good health is not difficult. However, to keep the body healthy is not simple. This requires us to have a balanced lifestyle with some
popular remedies as follows: healthy eating, regular exercises and stress reduction.


FIRSTLY: HEALTHY EATING
To be on a balanced diet – the balance of nutrients in the body
=> health is improved

To always ensure the adequate supplement of nutrients
=> improve immune system


SECONDLY:

REGULAR EXERCISES

• To do exercise frequently aids to reduce the risk of disease
• To avoid sleeping too much because excessive sleep causes
fatigue and mental illness


THIRSTLY: STRESS REDUCTION


• Stress has a negative effect on mental health and organs in the
body

=> the body is susceptible to diseasse => to minimize

stress or even relive stress

• Experience more joy in life
happier and more comfortable

=> to make people’s mood
=> healthier body
