- To help the students know how to ask for and give pesonal information
- To enable them to know the way to introduce others
+Language Function :
- To enable them to ask and answer about personal information and about others’
information.
+Educational Aim :
- To make them aware of the sharing personal information with others
1. Language :
+ Vocabulary : family name = surname; middle name
+ Structures : Simple present tense; wh-questions
2. Skills : Speaking, Listening, writing and reading
3. Educational factor :To help Ss have habit of sharing personal information
II. Teacher’s and students’ preparation :
1. Method : Communicative Approach
2. Techniques : repetition, explanation, using pictures, pairwork.
4. Materials needed : textbook, picture, cassette player
5. Student’s’preparation: homework

1. Listening practice:
Asks the s.s to listen to the dial and
answer the following questions
a. What’s her family name?
