I. Aims and objectives :
* Language content : _To present vocabulary related to the days of the week.
To enable the students to ask and answer the timetable in the
week as to use the structure when + do + S + V … ?
* Language function: _To help Ss describe school timetables.
Names of the subjects and practice speaking fluently.
* Educational aim: To make the students aware of the importance of the subjects and the
timetable.
1. Language :
a.Vocabulary: review the days in a week
review names of the subjects
b.Structures: When do we have Math?
We have Math on Tuesday.
2. Skills : Speaking – Listening - Reading - Writing
3. Educational factor : The scientific subject arrangement in a week.
II. Teacher’s and students’ preparation :
1. Method: Communicative approach:
2. Techniques: Explanation, repetition, asking and answering
3. Material needed: Books of math, literature, geography, history, a calendar
4. Students’ preparation: Timetable

I.Lead in:

II.Pre – Practice:
- Writes a timetable on the board
and asks “what is their?”
- Use pictures to introduce the
subjects.
-Predict Dialogue:
Nga: What subjects do you have today ?
Ba : I have English , math , history and
biology .
Nga: When do you have literature ?
Ba : I have it on Monday , Wednesday and
Friday .
Nga: Do you have geography on Thursday?
Ba : No , I don’t . I have it on Saturday .
Nga : When do you have physics ?
Ba : I have it today , on Tuesday .
