HOW TO STOP WORRYING AND START LIVING
This is my favourite book which mentioned to philosophic living. Anyone
who lives will permanent worries about study, work, bills or housing and so on.
Life doesn’t easily relieve you from strees, on the contrary if you’re too worried ,
you may be depressed. Throw away your worries and be happy to recommend
locking the past and the future in order to live in a cramped room today. All
problems can be sovled, just calm down and determine the right action to take at
the right time. It’s seem easy to say, but nproblems related to mental status are
never to sovle. Can’t stop worrying, but to reduce anxiety is possibile, everyone
should get rid of worries and living wiyh the best ways to reduce depressed and we
can share it to anyone who you can trust then you’re comfortable or find ways to
solve problems and so on. Rarating this regulary and your life will containly
succeed, maybe, as much as you want, but your life be has added a joy and take it
away.

READING JOURNAL 2:
LESSON IN LIFE OF GARIFFE

Every time a baby deer is born is a lesson. When the baby is born, the
mother deer does not lie but stands, so the baby deer is born with a fall more than
3m to the ground and lies just below it. After a few minutes, the mother deer did a
very strange thing, that was to kick her baby until she stood up. When the deer was
tired of his legs and lying down, the mother deer urged him to stand up. Until it
was really true, the mother deer pushed him back down so that the deer had to
work on its own young feet. Extremely short stories about newborn giraffes and
methods of teaching children from the childhood of mother deer. This may sound
strange to us, but it is really necessary for the deer because they have to stand up so
they can survive with the herd, otherwise they will be exposed to life and become
good prey for dangerous animals. We, too, are easily discouraged when things get

worse. But even though we are facing many hardships, we still have to keep our
faith. People do not lose when they are defeated but only lose when surrendering.
Keep in mind that every time we face adversity, there is always a hidden power.

BONJOUR VIETNAM
The song of choice is “Bonjour Vietnam”, a song composed and sung by
Pham Quynh Anh- a French woman with Vietnamese origins. Though this song
released years ago, I still keep it in my favourite playlist on my phone. I first came
cross this song when it was disscussed all over the media. You see, it’s realy rate
for such a beautiful song to be written about Vietnam, or the Vietnamese identify
for the matter. It’s about a Vietnamese expat desperately wanting to learn more
about her Vietnamese roots. She also wanted to go to Vietnam somwdays to know
for herself whether it was like what her parents and the media portrayed or not. The
first times I heard this song, I didn’t understand words but I was hooked by the
gentle melody and the silk voice of the singer. I was later motivated to learn French
to know exact meaning of the lyrics. I really wish more quality songs like this can
be composed in the futuer

THE LAST KNIT
This is a short film that I was haphazaded while I was suffing in the Internet.
In the modern life, we often face to a lot of temptation. Human greed is bottomless,
getting more and more dificult to know. Therefore, the more people recive, the
more ambition to purpose. Consistent with the desire of people, to try to achive
what they want, they come even close to the abyss of desire. “The last knit”
described the consequences of greed that shock viewers.the woman’s persistent
weaving symbolizes a lot of, which you can see as a pursuit of dream, fame and

fortune that people don’t want to give up. The woman tried to leave the cliff by
accelerating to weave, she believed firmly that she won’t be bound by the scarf.
Therefore, she gives up the scissors which can save her and ulmately, she was
entangled by the scarf. In ths world, people are center of things, so it is impossible
to let other things roll us out of position to fall into the abyss of desire.

“Into the Wild” that the film I saw recently. It revolves around the main
character Chris McCandless (Emile Hirsch) and his journey all the way back to his
nature. Feeling that life was so much dominated by material, money and
prejudices, Chris decided to escape from the reality of the situation and the
destination he chose was wild, where everything was naive, primitive and
unselfish. Alex finds an old bus broken down, renovated as a stop for deer hunters.
At first, when he came to Alaska, Alex hunted animals for food, but after several
times killing them, Alex realized that every small animal had the right to live, so he
decided to be vegetarian. Alex stayed here for 4 months, during a fever, tired of
being too hungry, Alex went looking for the forest to eat and was poisoned and
died. I find that reflects the reality of the majority of young people in modern
society, people who are disoriented, depressed but do not dare to change. And
Chris McCandless is like a pioneer when he dares to live differently, finding his
own path, a lofty but also extremely strange ideal for nature. In order to go through
so many events throughout the arduous journey, Chris concludes that the
philosophy of true happiness is when shared. This is a good movie about life that
reflects the reality of the majority of young people in modern society, people who
are disoriented, depressed but do not dare to change. I draw many meaningful
things for life. Always look forward, find a living goal, motivate to overcome
hardship and temptation.

READING JOURNAL 6

In the newspaper I read an article “Polar bear strayed 700km for food - a
tragic image of climate change”. The people were surprised when they saw the
figure of a thin, worn-out white bear looking for food at a distance of 700km away
from the area. Because of climate change, the temperature in the Arctic is gradually
increasing, causing the hunting area of white bears to shrink. Ice is melting,
causing the white bears to find other ways to feed, to survive. And the easiest way
they choose is to infiltrate human habitation. I reliazed that that is a issue which
effect on a lot of things. However, the important issue is the consciousness of the
people. We need to raise people's awareness of climate change and propagate
measures to improve and protect the environment. Climate change is not one's own
problem. Concern and act together, we will help the Earth become more and more
green, life becomes better.

READING JOURNAL 7

"Mother No. 0" is a big hit novel by the female novelist Marjolijin Hof, who
is very high in the literary world by her ability to compose poetry for adults and
write children's stories. The best book about this family tells the happenings and
struggles of the rich and diverse psychology of a boy named Fejzo, who is adopted
in a well-off and happy family. Stories teach us to appreciate happiness, small
things around us, do not try to find distant, noble things that inadvertently forget
the true values right before our eyes. This is a book that teaches me how to create
happiness and capture happiness when it is, especially family happiness, which is
hard to find elsewhere. Mother is always the one who cares and cares for children
when they are young. She is also a spiritual support for me to overcome
difficulties, regain the spirit of continuing the dream, ideal.

READING JOURNAL 8: A MOVIE “MUI CO CHAY- THE SMELL OF BURNT
GRASS”

Mui Co Chay-The smell of burnt grass attached with my chilhood. This is a
Vietnamese film in the category of social psychology and war. The main context of
the film is the 1972 Red Summer event with the battle in Quang Tri Ancient
Citadel. The main character in the film is four students from the University of
Hanoi Hoang, Thanh, Thang, Long, following the order of general mobilization to
enlist in 1971, received quick training and eventually joined the battle at Thanh
Quang Tri ancient in 1972. Here, Thanh, Thang and Long were sacrificed and
Hoang was lucky to return. The film is told from the memory of Hoang, when he
visited the old battlefield. It has influenced me deeply with the tragedies of life and
the sacrifices of wartime youth with aspirations about family, love, friendship.
Hoang Nhuan Cam proved quite hard when choosing details, expensive sentences,
lyrics, poems to portray the face and fate of four characters Hoang, Thanh, Thang
and Long . The scenes of marching or residing, describing the battle in the most
fierce supply, the method of filtering and breaking, he also took full advantage. I
have seen the complete picture of a devastating, devastating Vietnam war. But
somewhere still exudes the perverse, loving life of the soldier.

READING JOURNAL 9: “WHAT IF”

The song was sung by Dina Garipova which I love into it. Lyrics have
significant meaning about the our environmemt is destroyed seriously “Together
we can change the path of time. Together we have power to decide. The answer lies
within our hearts and minds. Together we can make a better place. On this little
island in outer space. Together we can change the world forever”. It has a video

which depicts the end times described in the book of Revelations in the bible...
Natural disasters destroy the Earth... people of all tongues drop to the ground and
start praying then after this hell on earth is a new birth a perfect world. The
majority of his songs are biblical. Not many people realize that. I realized that the
injured environment needed to be healed to return to its original state. I feel I
should be responsible for reducing pollution. Always be aware that the
environment has a close relationship with the people, so we should do everything
well for it. Save our environment!

READING JOURNAL 10
One Piece by author Eiichiro Oda. This is a manga story that love most. One
Piece talked about the operation of Monkey D.Luffy - the captain of the Straw Hat
Pirates and his teammates. Luffy sought the mysterious sea where One Piece's
largest treasure was hidden, with the aim of becoming the New Pirate King. One
Piece attracts readers by its unique drawing style, character characteristics, humor
and storyline. Both Straw Hats wear white clothes like in One Piece Film Gold.
Zoro in gold (probably according to Film Gold content) is sitting behind the car.
Minami and Carina (Film Gold characters) are also sitting in the car and are
winking. The mortar and the ground begin to move. Chopper cuts off the owner of
the Zoan Rabbit demon, Randolph, nicknamed the "Knight". This person is not a
Mink race. Luffy Supposes to capture Nami. Luffy Fake is actually Charlotte
Brulee, Big Mom's eighth daughter. I feel really relax when I read it. Whenver I’m
bored it is a mean of recreation to reduce it and I also love adventured in real life.
